My ankle is feeling much better, thanks!
I'm doing a bootcamp type of thing. I saw it on celebrity fit club and heard other celebrities do it as well. (yes I watch too much tv) They either do cardio and weights in the morning or night and then another cardio session. I know I'll never look like one of them but they gained so much muscle and strength and that's what I'm after. And yea weight and inch loss too.

Don't know if there is a difference. Or if it matters when you do what as long as you do it. But I think it's better to do weights in the morning cause i think it gives you energy or something. I don't know. lol I'm just trying really hard to be active as much as I can. Cause a little over two months ago i couldn't stand for more than 10 minutes without pain. So I'm just really pushing myself to get stronger.

Today I did a big workout so i think I might be done for the day. 22 Min Bike 15-20 mph 6.1 miles + 30 Min Aerobics + 50 Squats, Crunches & Wall Pushups + 30 Chest Fly 25 Press, 30 Back Rows & 30 Lower back extension

Today- an hour of ice skating, and hour bike ride and I'm going to walk to the coffee shop which is 20 minutes each way.

Ok, four days to go and then we need a new thread!!

I did my exercises today, but I felt terrible sick afterwards. Maybe there was too much time between my exercises and my breakfast....I started feeling bad after I showered. Anyway, I hope it goes away in the next ten minutes.

Flying Betty: Ice Skating? That sounds like fun (ok, in my case: fun for thoe people watching me)!

I think we all did a Great job!!
