Thanks kate! I exercise pretty much every day. I was lazy for 2 days last week. I want to be active and sweat pretty much everyday. I'm doing what some of the people do on celebrity fit club, they workout twice a day. I'm just trying it out. I want to get at least one long sweat session in a day.
You're doing a great job with your exercise as well, keep up the great work!

Morning workout 30 minutes step, 20 minutes 15-19 mph 5.3 miles and 10 minutes chest, back and arms.

I am on my third week straight of going to the gym every weekday before work. I really hope I can keep it up - I am really enjoying it.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share:

I haven't run in 3 months. haven't exercised in three months. but yesterday, it was raining, and i decided to go jogging (weird, i know--it was too hot if it weren't raining) so, 20 minutes! did a really easy pattern, 30 sec. jog followed by 90 sec. walk, so i did 10 cycles. but i still got out there--and i'm going again today! saying it here means i actually will

Hey, I think we are doing great!!

Ok, I had an emotional issue with my exercise program in the last days. There are different programs I can choose, depending on my goal. So I chosed "Weight loss" (what a surprise....). It took me a while to figur it out, but I was really ****** ** with that weight loss-goal. You know, itīs always about weight loss for me. Itīs never "training for running faster/ being a soccer player/ whatever", itīs always **** WEIGHT LOSS.

So I made some changes. Now I am doing a "Live better"- workout- things to get a bit more flexible etc, and after 9 weeks I will be able to do the soccer workout. After doing that for some time, I am seriously thinking of joining our women soccer team...even if EVERYBODY is telling me that I could never do that.

So i am doing exercises three days a week and I am running two days. Today was my "running day", I ran 30 Minutes without walking!!

(Wow, what a long post- with such a small message: I ran today )

Kate

I started jogging about a year ago and didn't do very well...we had to stop cause my daughter was having health problems and so we joined the gym instead....anyway yesterday I decided to go jogging again to see if I have improved any since I've lost some weight an all...So I managed to jog around my whole block twice for 15 mins without stopping...that a big improvement...I could of even went another lap but my legs were hurting..

Great job to everyone else...keep on moving

Uh, a total Body- makeover in only SIX WEEKS?? Hey, they are getting lazy! The last magazin I read promised a total body- makeover in TWO WEEKS.

Well, just asking myself why I have spent so many weeks with my exercise regime and still donīt have the perfect body.....

But I did my workout today

A jumping carrot for everybody here exercising!

22 minutes I hurt my ankle yesterday. I don't know how though. I just got up and it started hurting. I'm glad the bike doesn't make it hurt more cause then i wouldn't be able to do anything.

WAY TO GO EVERYBODY!!!!

I've noticed that too. I just got done showering cause i was sweaty from working out and i was like i think i could go another 20 minutes on the bike. then i was like no, remember pain! If i push myself too hard I get horrible back, hip and knee pain. I feel pretty friggin good. it's really nice.

2nd workout of the day 20 minutes on the bike 15-22 mph 5.7 miles. Plus Shoulders and biceps while i was on the bike. plus 50 each of crunches wall push ups and squats. I am done for the day!!!!
