Kate - yep I did fine with my cookie - I only ate ONE!!!
Did an excellent "core" workout yesterday - I am really feeling it today - I think I will add this to my workout routine 2 x week.

I've been bad not posting my exercises..But I have exercised M-F with Turbo Jam videos and Saturdays with Walk Away the Pounds (usually do 4 miles with that). That is what I've been doing this month.. Next month I hope to start Couch to 5 K program..

I did another workout today, 21 minutes 15-20 mph 6 miles. I was bored and wanted to eat so I figured might aswell start training my brain to want to do more healthy things instead of eat.

Ok, I overslept today (I made it to HIDE my alarm clock while I was sleeping! Found it on the other end of the room
), but I did my exercise anyway.
Wow,
angiepants78 , you are really amazing! You are exercising daily, or? Quite an inspiration!
