Yesterday said no to office party ice cream & cake.

Had to have lunch on the run. Went to Burger King and got some apple slices and had those with the shredded wheat I keep in my car.

Today I binged on potato salad at a BBQ. However, afterward I did not drown my sorrows at Dunkin Donuts, nor am I raiding my fridge now that I am at home.

I'm going to call that a success.

Well, I said no to less than I'd like but still to buying more ice cream (ARGH!! CURSE YOU ICE CREAM!) and eating a bunch of pizza... I did have half a slice though.

I said NO to eating everything in the fridge. right now.

I said no to tomato mozarella - as I already had some steak and salad for dinner and was not feeling hungry any more

I said no to half of a red velvet cupcake that a friend offered me. And I might say no to some fries that I am making for my brother and sister. Even though I don't think I should say no, I haven't eaten hardly anything today.

I was having a terrible day - my son is sick and I was exhausted from being up with him all night.

I followed my healthy eating plan all day but by 5 I was pretty hungry. Kids were begging for pizza so I ordered in. The pizza sat there on the table, smelling fantastic. My mouth watered every time I walked by it. I almost gave in about 20 times but I finally got up, cleaned up and put the left overs in the fridge. I scrambled a few eggs, cut up a red pepper with a side of hummus. Filled up a huge glass of water, sat down and ate. Within 30 minutes I felt great. I overcame that demon that was urging me to dive face first into the pizza box

I am struggling to get through phase 1 of sbd, with a relapse on the weekend (friend's wedding) however, I jogged my my treadmill and feel really good. I am glad I survived a difficult day of temptation. I know I have to take it one day at time and really pat myself on the back for these small victories over my food addiction. Thanks everyone for the great posts and for this great thread!

I said no to a carne asada burrito and McDonald's... oh and the urge to eat everything in the cupboards. BAD day.

I said no to sonic yesterday. Took my daughter there while we were running errands (she begged me to)...lol. I ordered a Banana and ate a special k bar with it. I was looking online and even their grilled cheese has like 300 cals!

I said NO to eating more than 1 mini Dove chocolate.... in the past I would have had to have atleast 5 or 10... but I only had 1!!!! YAY!!

Standing in the checkout line at Walmart, I said no to all the sweet temptations in the aisle -- I had an argument with a large Rice Krispies bar!
