My weekend was pretty carby - especially considering I ordered an Italian dish on Saturday evening.

So, I officially re-started induction today. Go me!

Ok, today is the day! I had my "last meal" of taco bell and DQ I am soooo pumped to go. Dh is going to try it with me! He is seriously type ll diabetic and if he doesn't change his eating habits like yesterday then he's going on insulin. There are no more other options for him. Sooooo wish us luck! Goodluck to everyone else!

OMG I knew this weekend would be bad for the scale but not THAT bad. Hopefully TOM had something to do with it. And I'm supposed to be in a bathing suit in a couple weeks??? I haven't even SHOPPED for one. Hopefully starting over and busting butt exercising gets me back (if not under) to where I started from!!!!

I am in too. Actually this is going to be my first time on real induction, LOL. When I started Atkins, I was so worried about having to eat cheese and cream all the time, which even after reading the book cover to cover I was apprehensive of doing, and since I wanted this program to work for me so badly that I decided to have nuts as my snack. I had ¼ cup of almond, peanut, cashew, walnut, or pecan every other day. Also I had one 12 oz can diet coke if I really wanted. Plus I had SF Jello every night. These modifications kept me on the program. Now that I am pretty comfortable and this way of eating is becoming more and more natural to me, I want to try real induction with no nuts, no SF Jello, and I try to go even easier on diet coke, I don’t want to say I will eliminate it completely right now, but I will try to stay away as much as possible.

I think sf jello is okay for induction. If you just don't want to have it that is okay too, let me know though cuz I have a really good jello recipe and it uses splenda and DaVinci sf syrup then I top it with cream cheese and whipped cream topping. Let me know if you want it.

Burp !! what a pig fest I had this weekend, I'm so ashamed, but now that thats over with, I'm happy to start today again.

Karen, if you wanna really set a goal for Halloween its up to you all?

Its 5 months away, how about 20 - 25 lbs to be realistic and safe? is that safe?

Any ideas?

bunnababy, I'd like that sf Jello recepie, it sounds really good.

i'm at 132 right now, I'd like to get down to 110.
