OK. I didn't realize how far I am off from my goal. I just don't think I'm going to get anywhere close to it! But, I do have a small loss to report: 1.75 pounds. I guess it's a start!
I am going to try my best to meet this challenge, however I don't think I'm going to be in the winners circle this round. My loss seems to have slowed down drastically. So adding in my little 1.5 lbs down this week.
Hi all. I'm down a few this week, but I think it may be muscle loss. I haven't been to the gym for two weeks now. Ug. Can't kick this stupid cold! Anyway, since the scale says so on my weigh-in day, I'm reporting it.
Well, I don't think I'm gonna make it. However, I'm very happy with the weight lost on this challenge!! I knew it was ambitious of me to go for 15 when my weight loss was slowing down, do I'm excited to have lost almost 10!!!!
Now if I can just stay away from bad foods on the weekend, I might actually hit my ultimate goal!!! I'm trying to stay away from the scale this week, because I finally got my but in gear and started working out again!
Today the challenge ends for me and sadly I didn't make it. My goal was to be under 200 and I weighed in this morning at 203.5. Close but no cigar. I am not going to get down about it though, I thought I did a rather good job.

Well, I didn't make it either. I was trying to go from 230 to 210. Well, here I am at 215. This past 2 weeks I haven't lost one pound! But, I have lost in measurements because my pants aren't nearly as tight! I have joing the July 4th challenge though. I will not let those 5 pounds discourage me! Good job to everyone else on your losses!
