Well, I haven't posted in a few days because I have been BAD BAD BAD!
I went to Boston this weekend to visit my best friend, with a whole cooler full of food so I wouldn't be tempted. Yeah, all I did was take the food on a 300 mile vacation. But thankfully I was only up a pound Monday morning. Then last night, I came home from work in the most CRANKY mood ever. I just was so annoyed with everything, for no reason at all. So I skipped the gym and went out to a Mexican restaurant and ate enough for about 2 people. I am so freakin annoyed with myself right now! I know its not a huge deal, but it annoys me when I let my emotions control my eating.
Ok, end rant, I am back on plan today and leave for Florida in less than 3 weeks and I am getting very excited!
Has anyone ever tried Mystic tanning, or any other of those spray tanning booths? I am going on Friday and I am nervous! I am super pale and refuse to tan naturally at all so usually I just suck it up and be pale and gross all summer. But since tan bodies always look so much thinner, I am on a mission to get an awesome fake tan!

Hi All, I thought well at least even if I came to read today, and although I'm not posting to all, I'll say I hope everyone's day's going great. I should have never left here because I've never gone off Atkins' Diet for so long. I still didn't go back to all my evil ways and not nearly as much either...but still, I did! But now, back on it 90% and have lost 7 lbs. since March 9th. So yep, I can be sure this diet still works after being on it for 4 years. (just had to make sure *wink*) And going off of it puts it right back on. I wonder which one I want to do now? haha Talk to you all later, Barbie
We mostly just went shopping, around Newbury street and near Harvard Square. And trust me, I had plenty of fun eating! We went to Fire and Ice, I highly recommend it if you have never been. It is actually low-carb EXCEPT ON SUNDAY'S WHEN THEY HAVE BRUNCH WITH PANCAKES!
MARGARITAS!!!! Baja Bob's has saved my a$$ on more than one occasion.
Note: the stuff is STRONG! And since having triple sec is out of the question (lots o' sugar) I recommend just mixing Baja Bob's, tequila (again, avoid the cheap stuff), and something like diet 7Up or diet Sprite. Yum......
Oh crud. I can't keep up this late in the game!
The hedgehog is cute. Do they bite? Are they children friendly? How bad are their poker thingies (as in are they gonna stick me in the finger all the time and draw blood)?
I managed another day of exercising. Only took one day off, but I'm on a roll!! WOOHOO!!! I didn't have time for lunch so grabbed a yogurt. YUMMY! Now I'm waiting on supper--which is done so I'm gonna go chow down and I'll try and check back online later for the other chatter

Sadly I do not have time for personal posts tonight. To much to do too little time ( ah yes the story of my life ). I have to run pick up my oldest DD from guitar lessons here in a minute and then race home to fix a quick dinner for the rest of the family (since oldest DD and I snuck out to eat shhh).. Get homework done, throw kids in bath, clean up the mess that was left in the wake of the storm, put em all to bed then maybe.. just maybe I might get a few minutes to sit down and relax
Weigh In day was kind to me once again... 2.5 loss this week. GO ME! That makes 3 weeks in a row at 2.5. So lets hope for 4th to be the same and I will have made my Easter Goal! I feel onderland coming .. I'm getting excited.. I think Ill go chase the icecream truck down and then tell him nah nevermind
Okies off I go.. I'll try to be back later tonight since I didn't have much time to finish reading all the posts. I feel like I'm missing a piece of my routine!
