Default Monday p.m.

I was so tired this evening. Was able to do 55 on the treadmill. I tried to increase the incline but was only able to do 20 at the higher incline. Also, can you say goober...I stepped on the front of the treadmill not once but twice.

Love,
Crystle

TUESDAY MORNING----

Did 40 minutes on the TM today. Day #2!!!

Hey, COUNTRY . . . you are really tearing up that TM. I can't even imagine how you do it twice at such long times. YOU GO GIRL!!!! Do you have a pedometer? I would really be interested to hear how many steps you get in during a day when you hit the TM twice.

Default Monday

I'm gonna use MONET's info about scrubbing floors as counting as exercise: I scrubbed the tile floors for 2 1/2 hours--every single grout line scrubbed with a brush. I was so sore and tired last night.

Now off to do the elliptical!

Tuesday- Day 1 for me...

30 minutes on the treadmill

I wasn't feeling up to it, but I kept thinking about what Quilter and Country said and I thought, hey, I have a responsibility to be inspiring here! So I hopped on, and I am glad I did! Thanks gals!

WTG Monet!!! It is so hard to drag your hinney up on that treadmill when you aren't feeling like it. I had one of those days today also. I was counting down the minutes before I even started.

60 minutes on the treadmill.

Love,
Crystle

All of you are so inspirational!! I started on the TM a week ago. It takes me 40 mins. to get 2 miles in- I really wish it would go faster but at least I'm trying! I've been lurking on here for a while now and finally decided to say Hello to you all!

Thanks for being so positive out there! It really helps when your new at this! Take care
