What are your fitness/health goals? to be able to go skiing, hiking, biking, basically whatever I want to do without having to worry "am I to big to do that? " or " will I even be able to do that without passing out from exhaustion?"
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I had a baby and I didn't want to be a "fat mom"
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? keeping my calories under control

What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? I have always wanted to buy a pair of Lucky Jeans, now I'm getting over that a little and just want to be able to buy designer jeans instead of Old Navy. You know, the ones that are sized by waist and dont normally go past a size 32 or 34.

i want to look better than myself at the point im at now... i want to be a slimmer/more toned me.
