What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I wanted to lose weight before my 35th birthday. Well, that didn't happen. I spent the weekend at the beach and i was completely uncomfortable and mortified. I knew it was all under my control and i needed to gain control.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? confusion of what to eat, what program to join, what excercises to do... a lot is a stuggle. My friends are all rail thin with great metabolisms and love eating so that has been difficult.

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? When my husband and I met I weighed 130 and had my first child from a previous marriage. I got pregnant with my second child and gained 60 lbs. I kept almos all of it. Then I recently had me third and gained 40 but lost all but 5 pounds of it, but my stomache is very very unattractive. And my butt and thighs are unsightly. Lets just say my hubby showed me he wasn't attracted to me any more.
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Depression
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? I am not sure, I keep my calorie intake at around 700 a day. and exercise 5 times aweek, videos and jogging.

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? i was pretty comfortable with my weight and how i looked when my husband died, but the grief made me eat A LOT and i gained weight. i know that my husband would be very disappointed in how i have neglected my body and i want to be able to keep up with my 2 kids!

My youngest DD was watching TV one day and saw a commercial advertisement for a weight loss program and they used a lady that looked a lot like I used to look on the Ad..........Well, she commented that I used to look that "skinny" and asked why I didn't look like that, anymore! Hmmm, I didn't think she had noticed but she did. Kids......you got to love them!
