Sage2 your blog is really helping me.Sounds like you and I are a lot alike.I exercise all the time, but sometimes its short jonts at work, sometimes for an hour straight, but its my eating that needs structure
Okay, sort of temporarily over something that upset me on Wednesday (although it's a situation that will drag on and beg me to revisit it and want to stress eat in response, but I will NOT be complying with that Stress Eating Demon's request ) and I am sticking below 2000 again with no problem. And the verdict IS that Sage2 is up .6 this week to 134. HOWSOMEVER, it's okay dokey because she did have a nice loss last week and is still at a net loss of .4 for the month. She's happy 'bout that.
A few things happened this week that upset the apple cart a little bit and caused some depression eating. That DID sort of lead to one day over 2000 cals and let's face it, Sage2 just cannot forevermore eat over 2000 on any given day ever (world without end, amen) and ask the scale to move in a downward direction. Sooner or later, every 2000+ day adds up and there we go again.
It didn't used to be that way, but we here in Sage2 Land are aging and losing some height and our Sage2 metabolism just isn't going to put up with 2000+ nowadays.
Okay, ARE we ever going to slip up here and eat 2000+? Yes, we are. But all the citizens of Sage2 Land (that would be Sage2, Sage2, Sage2 and some others living inside of ME) are committed to MOSTLY not eating 2000+ and the seven day challenges (see next post) will continue.
As noted in a previous post, we here in Sage2 Land DO exercise (or as we call it these days, we DO do activity). But as always, for us here in the land, the key to managing weight is food and how much of that we eat. So we will continue just posting cals here.
THE UPSHOT OF ALL THIS BLATHER IS: We are up .6 this week but have had a net loss for the month of .4, so we're okay.
