Did slightly venture into 2000 Land late last night (just before midnight Friday) as I needed a bit of protein to bring blood sugar down and drank about half a light protein shake. I count my calorie day from midnight to midnight so it did result in an overage, but if I'd waited five minutes, I'd have counted it on today's log. That would have been gaming my system, though, and that can be a slippery slope in the weight management game, so I had the food my body needed and felt successful anyhow as to my under 2000 challenge. Lol, more than you probably wanted to know about my cal counting obsessive thought processes.
Yesterday was another in my recent series of frustrating and anxiety-ridden days, so I planted things ALL day and kept taking them out. I finally ended up planting rosebushes in an area of my property where I recently lost some young trees.
Up 1.6 today to 134.6 and that's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes in the weighting game, but it's time for a new initiative and a new journal, so closing this one and will commence part 2.
