Here's the Sunday Scale Tale: Fluctuated up 1.4 from last Sunday to 135.2,; still lost a net 2.6 from the highest weight in recent history (October 4 at 137.8, which is the date I started the calorie cutback).
Been doing great and the scale was bound to rebound (nice phrase lol) some, no condolences or sympathy, please lol.
On my part, no wallowing and biz as usual. I have to take a quiz for my class.
Ok, here's the deal, Sage2 (me) is down 1.4 from last Sunday to 133.8 and is obviously OVER THE MOON WITH HAPPINESS 'bout that.
Yes, we know, don't let the scale rule our mood and there are other things in life than a number on a metal machine, etc., etc., but Sage2 (me) DOES put an importance on said scale number and on not regaining EVER the weight she was at approximately two decades ago and SURPRISE (not a surprise, we all know this), to maintain a long term weight loss takes a LOT of focus and so Sage2, for one, is going to go on putting an importance on the number on the metal machine and continue living life at the weight she desires.
Long way o' saying, Sage2 is happy with her result this week.
