Activity: 4,000+ steps (no time for dedicated walking)
Again was super busy and a lot of negative and positive things happened, and, well, that's life, isn't it. I am no longer going to let things that happen in life be an excuse (although sometimes it's a reason and that's different than an excuse) to overeat and under-exercise and as a result weigh more than I desire. Life is too short to be at a weight I don't desire.
Okay dokey, here's a little manifesto: the scary thing about a really (for me) huge scale loss such as I had this week is that it is almost inevitable I'll have a slight gain the next week, so IT IS MANIFEST, I need to be really careful in order to show a net loss over the two week period. 'Nuff said. I am under the weather and have a lot to do today and am very stressed (yes, again), but I AM going to have a careful day calorie-wise and get the steps in.
I am doing classwork all day for a while on an emergency basis so haven't had time to break off for the dedicated amount of exercise I need, but I'll get back to it. Meanwhile, focusing on calorie control.
