Activity: 10,000+ steps Had a nice lower number on the scale this morning and a good result from one issue that I needed to solve re the car. But had a disappointing result on another aspect of my life that I had expected to turn out really well today. I am proud, though, that I was able to maintain "The Diet" with a good cal and activity count and did not stress eat. Tomorrow there is another challenge on one front and on "The Diet" front I am going out to lunch with a friend and that COULD be a trigger for overeating, but I will not let it be. :gossip::woohoo::cheer3::tantrum::grouphug: I. Am. Going. To. Lose. This. Extra. Weight. Mission: Success. |

Activity: 12,000+ steps (included 15 min. jogging) Super busy, was somewhat unhappy and overwhelmed until I realized tonight how much I accomplished in moving forward on all my projects and stayed in control of food and exercise. |
