Ok, Enough with the High Cals
And I'm back sharing my log, no more fancy colors, though, weight today is 132 and I'm getting tired of having a mini binge every evening. Since classes start next week, I may miss days of posting but, of course, I DO log my weight, calories and exercise in several private places and the most important thing is THE BODY IS ALWAYS LOGGING IT ANYWAY
!!!
So this is sort of Day 1 of the new initiative and the first goal is to STOP THE GAINING
and the second goal is to get back into the 120s
and the third goal is to FEEL BETTER and not overeat or under eat.
Calories 8/12/15: 2016
Exercise: 5,000+ steps; 15 min calisthenics

And the tale o' the scale was pretty much as expected this week: Up 1.6 from last Sunday to 132.
But this is my big week when I return to classes (overage student here) and will continue on with life and STAY ON TRACK.
No more recreational binging lol, full speed ahead and here I go.

Frustrating evening so I lost control of the calories.
