Okay dokey, after the fairly high calorie week, my daily weight hit a still fine high today of 128.2; SO if it should fluctuate down by a pound on Sunday, I'll have a maintain for the week (yay); if it should fluctuate down further than that (yay), I'll have a weekly loss (yay); if it should fluctuate up, I'll have a weekly gain (so what, because I know from being a daily, no exceptions weigher that it won't be all that high and that sometime soon, it is bound to fluctuate down (yay) again) (double yay).
And the Sunday scale tale is that I'm up 2.4 for the week to 130, where I haven't been since Thursday, April 23.
No problem, no angst, no regrets as these past weeks were a time when my body and mind needed, for whatever reason, to enjoy a few more calories.
I am at a healthy weight and will be back in 120s Land by TOMORROW. Re-committing to my basics of moderate calories, NO DEPRIVATION and consistent exercise.
The plan is to be at whatever weight in the 120s I can reasonably and healthfully get to by the time I return to classes on August 17. I am also changing my goal to 120. I will change the ticker on Sundays and at random intervals whenever I feel like it.
