    A new week begins!
  • Scale Tale: Down 1.8 for the week to 128.2 and HAPPY with that!
  • Taking a bit of a vacation from daily posting, although as always the daily weighing will go on and I'll be using this journal to post my weekly losses.

  • Up 1.2 from last Sunday to 129.4, not really disappointed as t'was a very high calorie week all around. It's been hard to get back on track, but I believe I'm there so here's to a nice loss in the coming week. As usual, any downward trend on week days will be reflected in the ticker. Upward trends are only noted in the ticker on Sunday.
  • Up 1 from last Sunday to 130.4, slogging on and keeping a positive attitude.
  • 130.2: Down .2 from last Sunday
  • Did a little calorie lowering experiment with a gluten free prepackaged meal replacement shake for a few days. Then there was a massive power outage in my area and after it was over I was so stressed I had a WHOLE bunch of the shakes all at once. Decided to return to regular healthy eating.

Still not sure whether I will return to posting daily calories when my classes start next week. Likely I will, but either way, will still be counting calories and using this journal as a Sunday (and intermittently weekday) weight log and area to document thoughts.

My first real "goal" is to simply halt the yo-yo gain. Not there yet, but will do it somehow.

Then get back into the 120s.

    Then, we'll see.
