1258/1350 calories for today. No exercise. Feeling a little grouchy today so I'm just being lazy and a bum but I stayed in my calorie range

Dottington - great pics. You guys are a cute couple.
Katerina11 - you are always working hard. Good for you!
Bunny 924 - I'd just eat a few bites of this and a few bites of that. Portion controll goes a long way in weight loss.
Texscrapper - looks like your food is simple and healthy. I like to eat that way too
Candidcamster - congrats on your weight loss!

Hoopty-Good job staying within calories

Candidcamster-Hope you have a great weigh-in tomorrow!

abbyin-thanks! Good work keeping to your limit!

Katarina-Thanks! And yes, I will be sharing wedding planning stuff as it comes up lol I probably couldn't shut up about it if I wanted to I'm really interested by your carb cycling. Its funny you mention it, because I've just dropped carbs too. I'm aiming for below 100 with around 50 as my ideal(its a little hard being veggie to go really low). So far I'm finding it easy and I'm super full too!

Yesterday was good, aced my presentation and did really well staying within calories and on the lower carb. Ended yesterday at 1387. Trying for a bit more today since I'm planning on getting in some exercise, but not sure. Down more water weight today

Today's calories: 1541
I was having pretty big cravings after the gym so I opted for oatmeal with 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, sounds weird but it helped. Then I filled up my stomach by eating lots of cauliflower and now I'm feeling much better. DH actually ordered turkish food but I didn't get any, phew! PMS is going strong today..aside from the cravings I was super annoyed at everything. However, I finally got a haircut which made me really happy. It was about time!

Dottington - I'm glad you had a great day! I can't wait to hear more about your wedding plans! Have you thought about a dress yet?

5/26 - 2,218 cals 176 carbs 132 fats 108 protein (had cold stone ice cream... so fats are outrageous. - 3.5 hours squat/bench/squat and conditioning
5/27 - 1,829 cals 52carbs 90 fats 205 protein - 2 hours conditioning
5/28 - 1,862 cals 54 carbs 95 fats 199 protein - 2.5 hours deads/bench/deads
5/29 - 1,846 cals 62 carbs 123 fats 130 protein - 1 hour conditioning work

3/5 low carb days down. sunday will be *all* protein. no extra fats, no carbs. i am definitely scared of that one.

monday i start a vacation, but i am hoping to loosely adhere to these prinicples while vacationing. when i get in austin, i'll have gingerbread pancakes no matter what. and when in houston, i will eat. because HOUSTON. lol. i will be there to see my best friend and her daughter and hopefully see a play that my friend's theater company is putting on. then off to padre. woot! the kids are gonna love the beach.

i've also already looked up powerlifting friendly gyms to visit in each of the cities. i love going to different gyms and seeing what they have.

anyways, when i get back, i hope that there is no damage. being stable in weight is what i'm aiming for.

226.6 today.

Hey everyone, I have been a brownie-eating fiend today, it's insane. I have eaten 3 Glenny's 100-calorie chocolate chip brownies today. I weighed in today and it said I was 284.6 (.2 down from yesterday, but still .4 heavier than my lowest thus far 284.2 *sighs* lol).

For breakfast I ate Trader Joe's Whole Milk 1 cup & Trader Joe's Honey Nut Os Honey Flavored Whole Grain Cereal 1 serving (3/4 cup measured) . The cereal didn't fill me up (the milk also tasted off so I poured a little of it out) so I also had Trader Joe's Tofu Edamame Nuggets (4 nuggets/1 serving) along with added Honey & Barbecue sauce (Trader Joes All Natural Barbeque Sauce 2 tbls 45 calories and Trader Joe's Organic Raw Honey 1 tsp 60 calories) + Glenny's 100 calorie brownie and a one serving of Trader Joe's Oyster crackers (14 crackers) . *yikes*

For lunch I had Columbia River Organics Organic French Cut Green Beans (seasoned w/calorie free Apple Cider Vinegar + Hot Sauce), 1 container (1 1/2 cup), Trader Joe's Organic American Cheese Slices 1 sliceTrader Joe's Organic Ketchup 2 tbsp, Trader Joe's Veggie Burger (Tomato Basil Pizza), Trader Joes Honey Wheat Hot Dog Bun + Glenny's 100 calorie brownie.

For dinner I had Trader Joe's Tofu Edamame Nuggets (4 nuggets/1 serving) along with added Honey & Barbecue sauce (Trader Joes All Natural Barbeque Sauce 2 tbls 45 calories and Trader Joe's Organic Raw Honey 1 tsp 60 calories) + Glenny's 100 calorie brownie.

My calories were 1711 of 1780, NSV I threw away a little of my hotdog bun (I am a major plate cleaner, I almost never leave crumbs behind ). I hope it pays off tomorrow.

Abbyin - I have to eat simply so that I stick to this! All the running around between work, kids activities, & volunteering makes for quick meals!

B - Cottage Cheese, watermelon, coffee (163)
L - Mexican restaurant! This is where I used my calories (1620)
D - 4 pc McNugget with 2 packs apples + cucumbers and cherry tomatoes (305)

Today 1298/1600
B - Omlette with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms + watermelon (211)
A - rice cake with laughing cow cheese + 1 slice deli ham (120)
L - 2 shrimp tacos - 6 oz shrimp, 100 g mushrooms, 1/2 oz shredded Gouda, 2 carb balance tortillas (516)
S - granola bar + 1 PC Godiva chocolate (140)
D - 2 oz lean roast beef, sandwich thin, salad, watermelon (311)

Hoopty-I really want a mermaid style! I'm not getting married till 2016 though, so I have a lot of time to plan haha But yeah, mermaid and strapless is what I've been looking at online What kind of haircut did you get? That's awesome you were able to fight off your cravings!

Katarina-Sounds like you have a fun trip planned and have managed ways to stay accountable but still have fun Gingerbread pancakes?! Omg, I've never heard of that, and it sounds amazing!

abbyin-Don't beat yourself up too much, today is a new day and you got this

candidcamster-Good job listening to your hunger cues and throwing out the extra food once you were full! Instead of the brownies, have you tried Trader Joes 72% cacao bars, or the dark chocolate with almond ones? Both are really good and so rich a small piece helps me with chocolate/sweets cravings. Maybe you could have a piece of those instead of the 100 calorie brownie bars? Just an idea, I know I can't stop at just one brownie ever!

texscrapper-great work keeping within your goals!

Ended at 1656 yesterday which is fine since I did an hour hike and 1600ish is my goal for hiking days Yesterday was having a lot more trouble with the low carb and was over my carbs, but I think its because my breakfast was actually a lot less calories then I thought it was. I made tempeh bacon(turned out great!) and think I was off on my calories count for it I was super hungry later in the day then didn't get home till 10 bc I was working on a project at school. So had gf pizza, and it was delicious, and I regret nothing haha! Today will be more normal though

Dottington~I saw your big news on MFP...congrats! And no, you don't look gross in those pics, you look happy!

Candidcamster~Congrats to on your goal! I, too, am a plate cleaner and a carb lover so if I were going to leave anything on the plate, it would NOT have been bread! Good job!

No loss for me this week, in fact I'm up a pound (at one point was up 3 pounds.) I stayed within calories but...I had alcohol. 9 or 10 weeks alcohol-free and I had 3 glasses of wine last Friday and a margarita Wednesday. No more!

Today's calories: 1603
No gym but a looong day at work. I felt so sluggish and weak. I'm starting to get my typical PMS symptoms though so yeah - that pretty much explains everything.
I had a blueberry muffin at work today and thought it had maybe 350 calories until I found out it had more around 520 I still don't know the exact amount but I'm gonna check the label at work tomorrow. I stayed right at 1600 calories for the day though.
I'm aiming for 1600 again tomorrow (1800 if we go to the gym which I don't think we will be able to since we have to run a few errands after work)

Dottington Yes, sleeveless! That's my kind of wedding dress too You'll have so much time to look for the perfect dress I had pretty long hair with just a few layers and decided to cut about 3 inches off, no layers in the back but a few in the front. I've always had long hair but I'm thinking about going for a shorter haircut for the summer. I just feel like short hair would make my half-Asian head look even more round than it already is lol. What's your bf's ethnicity if you don't mind me asking? You guys are a super cute couple and would make some pretty babies

Ended yesterday at 1588, a but over than what I wanted but unexpected eating came up for lunch so had to deviate form my plan(which I was not happy about but made the best choices I could). I'm really excited my stupid class is over and next week I can get back to a more normal eating schedule!

1bighog-Thanks!

Hoopty-That's annoying about the muffin, I hate when I think something is a certain number of calories then it turns out being way more! What kind of dress did you have for your wedding? If you want to go shorter, have your hair dresser pin it up into a fake bob I've had mine do that before when I wanted to go shorter and it gives you a good idea of how it would look. I've been growing my hair for so long though so I'm not planning on cutting mine any time soon! He's latino Haha thanks, yeah that's what our mothers keep saying!

Hi everyone, I had a impromptu "who cares?" day yesterday lol. I went grocery shopping for the first time in a couple of weeks and the variety was a little too much for me. I ended up eating around 2600 calories :O , today I am back on track. For the dirty details here's my food journal http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/dia...ate=2014-05-30 .

I won't be weighing in for a few days, I'd like to eat a bit better before facing the scale. I'm not happy but I am not super upset either because I am back on track today.
