Time to revisit my goals!
My goals for Halloween are:
Be down to 193 pounds. I'm now at 195.6, so getting close!!!
Exercise at the rec center at least three days a week for one hour. Yup!
Try a Zumba class at the rec center. I'm still not sure my ankle is ready for this
Walk 30 minutes on my non-rec center days. Most days I'm doing it, even started a couch to 5K
Keep net calories around 1200. Yup!
Fit into my wedding ring again! Have it on right now!
So except for the Zumba class, I'm doing pretty well, and I still have a few weeks left to try one ... if my ankle holds up!
