bridgettedavis- are you feeling any better?
toobig- THATS AWESOME!! you're tiny. 179.6 this morning- i am SORE. i am unbelievably SORE. from what I am assuming is monday- like, it hurts to move kind of sore. i am also STARVING. let's see what happens. I am not going out of town until friday so, hanging in there. |
181.8 this morning, so a 7lb loss in one day is nothing to complain about, just would really like to see these 180ies gone. I'm not anywhere ready to go back to the gym hoping the infection from my tooth is gone soon, but fully plan on having a great eating day... I have to go the the grocery store and that can sometimes be disastrous, but I'm hoping I can stick to the things I actually need. I feel like I am in the midset to be back on plan... finally. I am soo sick of not losing and re-losing is not nearly as fun as losing new lbs... toobig.. you are my inspiration! I'll get back there!! ;) Stim, you're doing awesome and I bet you're building a ton of muscle, but make it a goal.. don't let me pass you again!

bridgettedavis- i like the quick reply!
your waterweight rollercoaster is amazing- my body holds on to EVERYTHING, and grumbles on about it haha. muscle wise- it's SO funny, the top 2 "flabs" of my stomach are becoming stacked, there's definitely dentition, but the bottom "pooch" is just like, bam/inyourface/hangs there. |
Nayshal, thanks for your encouragement. Sounds like we're on the same journey.

200.8 on the scale this morning. Trekking along.
7 pounds of water loss in one night?? You must have been peeing all night! I've never been one to get the woosh of water weightloss the first week of dieting like they say (not your first day of dieting but it reminds me of that). When I start losing weight it's consistently 1-2 pounds a week right from the start, 3 after my period. Ha! Boring! |
I'm stuck at 210/211 for about a week. However, I got two jobs in the last week and I've been pretty stressed by all of it so I'm pretty pleased with myself for not gaining. I'm controlling my weight and that's a huge win. I'll get there :)

Coolmom, I actually weighed in at 184 before bed so a lot of the water weight loss was probably just from the day (sweating a ton from it being so hot and a walk to the park with my girlies)

Well, there has been some visible progress! I started wearing some size 18 jeans and a smaller shirt from the vault of too small clothes -I think I was more in a 20 before, and hubby said I look nice today. Ha! I said, "in jeans and a grey t-shirt?" and he says, well yea, and that handkerchief in your hair. It all looks nice. 25 pounds of fat missing helps a tad, I think. ;) I like to keep the numbers to myself and you all until I hit my first goal of 180, then maybe I'll tell him how much I've lost. |
130 even this morning. My muscles are feeling it from my body weight workout last night, so hopefully the small gain is just water weight.
Way to go CoolMom! |
I am new but I would like to lose 5 pounds this month.I am currently at 279.
9/12/12-279:carrot: |
RJR- No gain is a win!
167 this morning. I'm ok with that. Going to be a busy day here. Hope everyone has a great day. |
lisa85 - good to see you on this thread. I have found it's a real motivator. Look forward to your updates.
Toobig - every time I look at your stats I feel so excited and inspired. It makes me believe I really can do this. Just a mid-week NSV for me, which is I can suddenly fit into several pairs of trousers (pants) that have been lurking in my wardrobe. Such a great, great feeling. |
178.6 was what the scale whispered to me this morning.
i'm gaining and losing the same 5 lbs. annoying. i am also STILL obscenely sore from kettlebells on monday. weird. |
129.6 this morning. I slept in this morning and did my workout and just had breakfast, now time to do a few things and then go to work. I'm only working 1/2 the day today. I could get used to this.
