178.6. .4 gain. didn't do the other workout class yesterday. the extent of my movement was studio, and a walk to the grocery store to buy milk. literally.
im waiting for that WHOOSH real bad. i did lose back .5 of an inch around my waist though which is nice. i would really like to be at my smallest around the begging of fall because i need to buy things like jackets this year. unfortunately, my body really likes the 180s, so every .2 down in the 170's is hard for me. i guess i have to give it some time to adjust? or just shut my mouth lol |
173.6... here I come 160ies! I got two great days in a row down, I know if I can get a solid week my head will be back in the game for real!

I'm having one of those moments of depressing clarity of how big I am and how much I have to lose, feeling very antisocial and wishing I could speed up the process. It probably has to do with the fact I've lost 22 pounds and none of my clothes feel too big yet :( |
Coolmom.. don't let it get you down!!! I remember being about 195 or so (and I'm 3 inches taller than you) when EVERYONE starting noticing my weight loss, and that was at almost 100lbs gone! Just keep on keeping and you'll get there you will notice and feel it too!!!

stim.. what is your ultimate goal weight? I think you look really good (from the pictures I've seen) and you're pretty tall, how small are you trying to get?

brigettedavis thank you!! i am sometimes photogenic. the pic in the grey dress was about 168 after about 5 hours in the studio, so super thin and super dehydrated. the display now is at about 178ish, but same size i was at 168. to be honest with you, my UGW is very low 160's- to be quite frank with you, i don't care about the muscle, i care about the numbers hahaha, the reality is i don't know how low my body can go, but i do have the dreaded tummy pooch, which is really my biggest priority, i am not REALLY counting calories (i mean, i know what i should be having, and how much of it) so, if it comes, it comes, if it doesn't ultimately i will get used to it.
i do have a larger body type, so i do look like a giant beside averaged sized women, i wear a pretty standard size 8. |
Im down 1.1 kilos overnight :) So 90.9 kilos....being under 90 kilos by the 16th seems doable :)

Thank you for the words of encouragement, Bridgette and Toobig. I do remember last time hitting the 180s and feeling the thrill of transformation. That's why it's my first goal-only 23 more pounds to go.

I'd like to join in if it's okay. I'm starting back up after some serious time off from watching my weight at all. I need to get back into running and start eating better, so I ordered 42 days of a cookie diet to get me started.
My goal for September is to stay on plan all month and to try new foods for the first time. I'm looking for suggestions for high protein, low calorie, low carb foods that aren't meat. I tried tofu for the first time today. It was okay, but the texture was weird. Also, I need to do something (anything) on my treadmill this week. |
coolmom- i lost 60, THEN bought half a closet of new clothes, and THEN got asked if i lost like 10 lbs.
don't worry, soon you will be sick of confirming peoples suspicions that you've lost some weight :P |

*I'm 153.6 and I'd like to be at least 148 or less by the end of this month *Exercise 50 mins to 60 mins everyday. *Since its fall and will probably be getting colder by the end of this month, I'm opening up a gym membership with my sister soon |
