August sucked for me so I'm hoping some good loss I have a goal of 198 for this month I'm at 205 and stuck here after going up and down the past two weeks, I have to structured exercise plans set out to follow so I hope for pound loss and inches loss. And oh so exciting to get to onderland!!

September for me is just staying on track and watching what i eat a little more carefully. I overate some homemade chili&rice and, while delicious, i felt pretty bad afterwards.(Thankfully didn't gain) I also walk/jog everyday and want to start jogging a little bit more. My goal weight would be 265-260 (Current=273) |
168.5 this morning. We had family dinner/BBQ yesterday and I cooked and ate for hours. I feel gross this morning. Maybe an extra long walk with the dogs will make me feel better. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

178.6- with 0 movement yesterday. i literally spent the day in bed. eating. which means 178.8 wasn't a rare mysterious fluke. AND i'm on my TOM. which means that if i can keep my mouth shut, and head out of the fridge, we're going to see a WHOOSH and a half. *fingers crossed*. I just want to see 175 before sept 15th!! I am headed to the studio now, bright and early. it's an ugly, sleepy day. and i'm feeling very...inflexible haha. then i have a hellerwork appointment and seeing a friend (This will probably involve food), given this past weekend, i need to white knuckle! |
My September Goals:
1. Walk 30 minutes, three times a week, no-matter-what. Work on additional distance and speed. 2. CCCC - Continue Carefully Counting Calories. Weigh/measure food as indicated. 3. Loose 5 pounds. |

today is going great. worked out hard and I feel good. here's where I sit with my Sept goals:
1 lb lost, 12 more to go 7 hours of cardio done, 53 to go 18.5 miles logged, 41.5 to go (I wonder if I set the bar too low for the 60 miles goal. When I made the goal I hadn't previously paid much attention to my miles so I just picked a number. :p oh well!) |
167 this morning.
We have alot of stress right now. Please pray for my cousin's little girl. Her mom is on drugs and he is in a battle to get custody. The mom's mom is trying to get her too. Its a mess. Please pray that this baby ends up where God wants her. We really want whats best for her. I hope everyone has a great and on plan day. |
Hi! I logged in today to restart my commitment to losing weight and getting in shape. I'm using calorie counting and portion control for the ease and lack of expense. I want to make myself accountable, so I'll be checking in often.
For September, my goals are: 1. Stay under 1500 calories each day 2. Drink 8 or more glasses o water each day 3. No thoughtless snacking 4. Walking 4 miles/day at least 5 days each week 5. Lose at least 5 lbs. |

178.2 this morning, late dinner, still TOM. going to go to the gym try a new class today- i have this cheap gym membership right near my house that i bought off groupon, and going to classes is really intimidating for me. i am trying to break out of my shell. i am hoping to do a class, and maybe some stairmaster/go for a treadmill run then come home and eat. i will then go to the studio tonight either at 6 or 8. the job search is getting frustrating, i am trying to enroll in a class for a professional designation in my field, and i need a reference from a previous employer - i have sent off about 3 emails in the last week and nobody is replying. this is getting exceptionally frustrating as i need to have all of the information submitted by the end of the week. i am also still waiting for a yay/nay from an interview i did late last week. fingers crossed. head out of the fridge, keep on keepin' on. |
Yesterday I made a big batch of Sesame Thai Noodles to cover both lunch and dinner. Even with the peanut butter and rice noodles, the cals are 377 per serving which is not bad....BUT I had trouble not eating too much.
I need to make today easier with less addictive food;) |

I am a bit late but thought I would join in...after a 10 month period of gaining weight :( So i am currently 92 kilos...I would like to be under 90 kilos by September 16 and under 89 kilos by September 30 :)
