no weigh in. DEFINITELY back in the saddle today. going to the studio, playing some rec. volleyball tonight. i have a rolled ankle from friday night though, so, let's hope it works out haha Todays goals: 3 litres of water. no bread. my arch nemesis. |
Weighing in tomorrow after two weeks of not checking is making me nervous now! I've been doing good though. TOM started today but I'm hoping to still see a nice drop.
My family went for a nice hour long trail walk today. |

I was 201 this morning, which is no loss after two weeks and STILL hovering above 200. We'll see what happens after TOM.

toobig- i need duct tape across my mouth, and a sign on my forehead that says "do not feed the animals". ironically, i also need a cheat meal. HA no weigh in. - avoiding the scale. ACTUALLY counted, literally, and logically and accurately yesterday. hit at around 1550 calories, which is nice. it seems though my BMI alone is in the high 1600's though, so i think im going to shoot for 1650 today- staying away from the scale as i no longer care what it thinks of me, and I am going to cook some grains (i never eat grains lol) but i think i will continue counting. |

hey everyone, I really need to post in here for more accountability.
1310 calories today. I did an hour workout this morning at the track, it was really beautiful out. It was a lil chill out but it wasn't bad. Nice break from the gym. |
I weighed in this morning at 68.9 kilos. I've had a stressful two days and was eating massive amounts and no exercise, so I'm actually surpised that it's not higher. I'm hoping to lose the water weight quickly, but TOM is approaching.

had the mother of all binges. still no scale, going to white knuckle back to normal.

198.8 finally! Only four more days in September so I don't think I'll make my 194 goal but i'll see if anymore bloat comes off post TOM.
