Hey all! It looks like everyone is keeping it together (or at least trying! ;) )
Coolmom: Nice job!! :carrot: Stimkovs: It's always hard not weighing! Self-control!! :D Toobig: Good work and I hope the dentist goes well! I've had a crazy few days and I'm still getting back into the groove of calorie counting. I took a few days due to just being out of the habit. I'm working on just counting more. On the exercise front I'm doing well. I exercised Monday and Tuesday. I plan to do some yardwork and exercise a little later on today. But, I have lots to get done! Take care guys!! :carrot: |

166 this morning. Its only two days until my every other month offical weigh in. Looks like I will be down for that. We have three birthdays in our family this weekend. We have six in September. Kind of weird. I hope everyone has a great day.

head in the game, game face on, you know- the usual. tdiprincess- baby steps!! toobig- you're always down. bengal tiger strength and bulldog determination? lisa- chin up, head out of fridge! somebody please duct tape my mouth and place a "do not feed the animals" sign on me. i had an AWESOME run this morning though. while only 4.94 k in intervals, this is still my personal best. i have an interview today, and an appointment with the osteo-dude for my back. since i'm leaving for this whole she-bang at 12 45 pm, and i just had breakfast at 10 am- I am thinking of having another breakfast food for "lunch" and hardboiling an egg for the road, since i won't be home until about 6 pm earliest which will be dinner time, and then will hopefully make it to the studio for 8. fingers crossed that nothing runs late! |
BAD BAD day yesterday, but had an eye opener when my husband told me I looked like I had put some weight back on... (he's not ***, I asked him to do it if he ever noticed.) :( I was 188 this morning, so obviously I have put weight back on, no more excuses for this mama... I won't let go of everything I worked so hard for. Had a great day today and feel awesome about it tonight. :) We had Mexican last night, followed by two bags of skittles and an ENTIRE box of kashi crackers... so I know that the 188 was probably more like 185 or so.. but hoping to be back into the 170ies by sunday :)

165 this morning. I have decided to get a few pounds off before the holidays. I'm just going to do it. One calorie at a time. One workout at a time. I am worth it. It won't be easy but I know nothing worth having ever is.

Bridgette- it's the eye openers that give up motivation! that's really what got my head back in the game after my terrible regain.

You can do it Bridgette! A friend and I had a coworker swear to tell us if we started gaining weight, this was a couple years ago and didn't work. He wasn't that brave after all :D
I weighed in at 128.8 this morning. I won't make my goal of 127 for the month but I'm okay with that. Any loss is a good loss! |

Today and yesterday have been going good. Yesterday I ran 2.25miles and walked about a mile. Not too bad for not running in a while. Kinda made me feel good since that means I haven't lost everything I've worked on.
As far as calorie counting I've been doing better about forcing myself to do it. I know when I first started last year I made myself do it every day during the week and then the weekends I gave myself a break until I just started doing it automatically. I think I may work on that for October. I did my official weigh-in today to figure out exactly where I'm at and I came in at 148.5. For a couple days I was showing above that. Oy! So I have a good starting point for October. Going out of town for the weekend tomorrow. I hope ya'll have a great and enjoyable weekend! Toobig: I like that mental attitude! One day, one calorie and one exercise at a time! Stimkov: You'll get there! I hope your appointment went well! Have a great weekend! 199 this afternoon.
It looks like September was a 5-6 pound loss instead of the 10 I was hoping for. October goals will include some increased activity via bike riding. |
Zoe, you should be more excited about seeing onederland!!! :) It's a huge deal! I had a great day again today, I know if I can get a solid week down I'll be great. :) :)
