Yep, I don't see how you could have really gained 14 pounds in 2 weeks. The majority of that is probably water retention. ...I've bloated 8 lbs before TOM before. UGH! It's horrible but try not to let it get to your head. Just stock up on toilet paper for when your body starts to shed it and you start peeing like crazy!

I am a pound above my ticker, suddenly. I am relieved b/c I had 5 pounds of bloat last week and it was really freaking me out. I went on a little vacation and came back thinner....craziness!

I really think you'll be happy with the results toobig! I haven't weighed in this morning, but I was up 3 times to pee last night.. I think that was my body flushing out more water weight UGH.

Back down to my ticker weight after getting up to a 6 pound bloat last week. Go figure. Better to maintain than gain so I'll take it.

Congrats to everyone who's continued to lose! August here we come!
