I'm a little late to this party. But, my July goal is to get out of the 160s. I am currently 163. It has been a slow road for me but I think I can manage that goal.

northernrose - Congrats on the weight loss!!

Bridgette - don't give up, you'll see the 160s again! Push through!

Jackie - I joined late as well, welcome and good luck!

So tomorrow's the big weigh in!! I'm excited - I actually seemed to have gained a tiny bit as of yesterday's weight which is weird since I have been on plan but as of this morning i was back down again. But I'll be happy with whatever loss shows up tomorrow! I got Bob Harper's beginners weight loss transformation dvd and the plan is to start it today....need to just do it already and stop talking about it

Got down to 128 last week and then got sidetracked this weekend and derailed myself but hopped back on the wagon on Sunday. Then TOM came. Ugh. And it's bad. Bloating and everything. Luckily the cravings arent crazy though.. I think that comes the week before TOM.

I am still walking the dogs every morning! We are up to 2 miles. This is the longest I have ever stuck with a program in my life. Now the dogs are use to going I don't know how I could let them down.

Envelope, wow! Do you exercise as well?

My weight has hovered around 64.8 to 64.9 for five days. Irr-i-tating! Hopefully I'll have better news soon!

carryonlosing - I do cardio (walking, jogging, or elliptical) at least 30 min 4-5 times a week. I also make sure that I have gotten in at least 8000 steps a day...although some days I am up to 24000 steps in a day.

I don't know if it was a fluke but the scale was down to 165.4 this am!!! No complaints here I was hoping to see 165 by the end of the month! It will probably bounce back up since I've never had such a high loss in two days but it sure was nice to see!!

Bridgettedavis - I hope I am still rockin' the scale when I am so close to goal.

I was surprised to see the scale was down another .6 today. Only .8 away from my July goal of 184.8.
