Hey everyone!
After another week of rest, I’m finally starting to feel better. I decided to start exercising again yesterday and got in a 45 min walk and a short pilates video. After all that time off, it really does feel good to get moving again

I finally ordered a WATP video so that I can walk indoors, because it’s freezing here! Weirdly enough, it was 13 (55 F) and rainy on Thursday and today it’s sunny but feels like -13 (8 F). Brrr.
After all that time off, my scale hasn’t moved in a while. I’m hoping that when I get back to exercising regularly it’ll start moving again.

Fitterchick: Good luck to you too. I’m going to try to stay OP after Christmas, but if I don’t it’s not a big deal. What’s the point in going through this is we have to worry constantly and can’t enjoy the holidays, right?
