Had a "light" breakfast of toast with butter and a generous glass of orange/mango/banana juice. Had a calorie-counter moment when I realized, "THIS is 400 calories?!" Maybe not the best spent 400 calories, but it's just what I felt like when I woke up this morning. Not sure what I'll do for lunch, but dinner is going to be tasty chicken w/broccoli, tomatoes, and rice. Looking forward to an on-plan day.
I have to force myself to move today too...IDK how, but I am stuck, I feel like I may need a rest, but do I really
need 2 days to rest? probably not, so maybe a walk is in order...no idea.

To answer you question, no you don't have to take Alli forever. They say most of the weight and effectiveness is within the first 6 months. I wondered the same thing so I did some research. After you lose the weight, yes your body will be used to having Alli taking 25% of the fat out so if you stop taking it are you going to gain that 25% back? It depends on if you keep up with your healthy lifestyle. By that time your metabolism is up, and you won't need as many calories and grams of fat as you were taking in before so it should equal out and it's like doing a low carb diet...if you go right back into eating bad carbs again..alot..then you gain back the weight, but if you slowly introduce it back in and keep to the healthy choices then you can keep the weight off. I'm taking this thing day by day so we will see
today I'm 143.8 again, which i'm happy about, because since i have 25lbs, well 23lbs to lose now, if i loose too much weight a week it's not really fatloss, and I know I'm heading in the right direction. will post more later, but need more coffee first. Have a great day!
Oh thanks for clearing it up...I have thought about Alli but I'm afraid to gain any weight back after i stop taking it, ya know? lol, you're rocking this challenge, you should be at your goal weight in no time.

I was horrible the past couple of days! I went to a concert on Thursday (which was amazing) and did a very little bit of drinking (margarita, beer, wine- ha, had to hit all three!) over four hours but just that little bit of drinking made me crave greasy foods. So, after the concert we went around to find an open pizza place. I had a slice of pizza, two chicken wings, and a small (zeppoli- is that what they are?). Not bad, but I'm sure with the alcohol calories...yikes.
The next day I had french toast at an IHOP, and bacon of course. Had about half of the ft, so that was around 450 calories. I had a turkey wrap for dinner last night (eh...there was bacon in it too). I did go for a decent walk last night.
And to top it off, I had a slice of cheesecake for breakfast this morning- yikes!
I don't feel guilty, strangely, about overdoing it the past two days, simply because I needed to let loose, and compared to me letting loose in the past, this was NOTHING. It was a lot more in tune with a "normal" person letting loose. Except for the breakfast cheesecake thing this morning...that I'm feeling the guilt on.
Today, I'm going to "detox" the rest of the day- really just a lot of water and light foods. I don't have the time to exercise today, but maybe I will when I get home tonight.
Alright, apologies for the book! Had to get these things off my chest. Hope everyone is doing well!
Hey no apologies needed, we all need to let the steam off! As long as you're ready to jump back on the horse, then go you, you're half-way there.

However I: stuck to my plan and didn't eat any food besides the stuff I brought with me. Also I went to see my wifey after work (she manages a bar) to pick up my new cell phone and didn't have any beer or hot wings although I would have loved to have both.
So, victories all around.
Congrats on all your losses, girls!
I have a couple hundred cals left so I think I'll have some ice cream. A little calorie controlled comfort food is fine, right?
Right. You are rocking it, and if my SO managed a bar, I don't think I could calorie count
anything, lol.

When I want a candy bar or chocolate specifically, I eat a Special K Protein Snack Bar. The chocolate peanut butter bars taste just like a candy bar for 110 calories.
Oh I hate the gym (lol), I like working out outside that way if I get too hot and fatigued, I can pick up a breeze or something, lol. I need to start toning myself because building muscle while losing fat is supposed to be primo for a great body. That's my summer goal, to start lifting, for sure. And I hate Special K, lol...but the "candy bar fiasco" (as I'm now coining it) is literally a once-in-a-blue moon thing, so I don't feel too bad about it, I do have alternatives for my chocolate addictions, just not that day.

I figure it's better than depriving myself and bingeing, which is what I KNOW I would do eventually. (Not that what you did was a "binge", but you know what I mean!)
Umm, no (lol) I have my treats but that day I just did it and it's okay, it
was kind of a binge and I'm over it. On another "calorie-ok" indulgence tip, they just started selling the Skinny Cow candies at my stores and MHM!!! They are good, I live chocolate-covered peanut clusters...with the caramel? Well they have something similar with crisps in a pretty decent-sized bag for 120 calories and only 9 grams of sugar, so I was pretty happy about that, I also eat Chocolate & Oats Fiber One Bars, 140 calories
and fiber?!?!?! SCORE! It tastes just like a candy bar.
Okay, I cheated today...lol, no ton calories on my weigh-in. It's Saturday and I don't have anything to do today, so I wake up at 7AM and I weigh in at 237.8, it sucked but I was like, going back to sleep or whatever...then I woke back up at 10AM and weighed in again at 236.6, I'm recording the later one because I just want to see it one day, lol, I know it will go back up tomorrow but whatever, I just needed to see that low of a number today. I'm also thinking of changing my weigh-in days but Monday is the most logical for me that I can find, I work out pretty much Monday through Friday so throughout the week I have lactic acid and muscle retention that will make me weight higher than it should be, but then on the weekends I like to have some cheat time, so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, lol. Anyway, I was happy to see that number today, so I'm going to enjoy the day!!! You all enjoy it too!
