Misspriss~I had to google search April Holidays to find it mysefl~LOL! I just thought Easter was too early for much of a challenge~Anyways Arbor Day is April 30th. So we have 6 weeks. I missed my St Paddy's day challenge by 2.5lbs. This time around my challenge is going to be to work out 3 days a week, for at least 30 minutes a day. I don't do ANY exercise right now regularly. This needs to change for me to see better movement. My starting weight is 262.5. I would love to be in the 250's at least, but am not going to commit to a number. If I keep to my activity goal, the numbers should go down as well! We can do this ladies! :cheer3: |

the last challenge I didn't lose weight, well I did but then my TOM decided to show up at 3am yesterday morning, so I've been a lil "puffy". No big deal because I've learned alot since the last challenge. Here are my goals 1) No binge eating 2) Stay between my calorie range 1400-1600 (thanks Lori for that) 3) Workout atleast 3 days a week 4) keep track of food in my jornal and earn my stickers 5) Put more effort into my school work and pass/graduate this semester. I think that's good for now. I had one heck of a party last night and between that and TOM my starting weight is 122.8 this morning. I'll upload pics in a little while. So good to see the familiar and new faces here ready to tackle another challenge! I'm excited! I had no idea there was an Arbor Day prior to this challenge but I'm all for it! So, 6 weeks until April 30. I challenged myself last go around and aimed for a 10 lbs loss and came up a couple of lbs short. This time, I'm going to hit it. My goals: • Weight loss goal: -10lbs • Exercise goal: complete with C25K challenge and running 5K at least 2x a week • Size goal: Size 12 (hitting this one would be so awesome!) Can't wait to check in on everyone's progress during this challenge. The last challenge was so much fun and motivating for me! Have a fabulous OP day everyone!! |

I just had to do a shout out & let everyone know That I have finally got those 150's!!!! I have lost 100 pounds~~WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO & on my sisters birthday~Kinda cool cause her & my dad celebrated theres together when He was still living.~OMG I DID IT!! I will add some mini goal pics tonight~HUGS TO ALL~I AM SO BUSY & SO HAPPY TODAY! |
Let's see I have two goals:
1. To reach 100 lbs lost. I'm about 4 lbs away so I think this should be more than doable and a major milestone goal for me. 2. To accept that this is how I'm going to live the rest of my life and stop stressing about how long it's going to take to lose this last 30+ lbs.! Good luck everyone! |
I'm going to jump in! I have been at a plateau for about a month...so I'm going to make my goal to be in the 180's by Arbor Day, even if it's 189.9. ;) I know it's not much but I'm not sure when the scale will start moving again. Hopefully this week, but who really knows?!

I'm in at 230, 5lbs away from the last goal... seems whatever goal I make ends up 5lbs away... but I'll try again... Arbor day is... on the 30th of April you say? hmmm... I'll go after 215 lbs making my goal loss 15lbs from here. :D |

I've been hovering at around 246 for the past week. I'd like to reach my next goal (239.75, which marks the 1/4-of-the-way there mark for me) for sure and hopefully do something beyond that. I think I will shoot for 230. 16 lbs might is a little ambitious given my recent stall, but I'm going to try for it! |
