I woke up and did the WATP High Calorie Burn...thought about doing my last C25K run tonight, but I'm afraid it will make my weight go up tomorrow?? is this a stupid reason NOT to do it? I mean, I've made goal and today I was actually at 177.4 so I doubt running would put me above 179.8 (my SPD goal), but it always seems to go up after I do the TM...I guess I'll see how I feel tonight...if I'm 100% better from this dang head cold (about 90% right now--can almost breathe normal through both nostrils! lol) then I'll do the run tonight...if not, then I'll do it tomorrow night which still counts as finishing C25K by SPD (my 2nd goal) haha enough about me...

misspriss--good job gettin back on track!! and congrats on the shopping treasures!

jiggle--Arbor Day challenge is next...and I hope you'll join...you've been such an inspiration for this challenge!

Shylah--yes, TOM is a scale enemy! maybe setting a goal of weighing on the first day of the challenge and the not until the last day...then also set a goal of being OP every day w/cal & exericse...or as jiggle did, set a clothing size goal...whatever you decide, I'm sure you'll do just fine! even w/TOM here now, that doesn't mean you SPD goal may come by this weekend (which should still count since we can't control TOM!) hehe

Lori---OH MY GOODNESS!!! 0.1 to go!!! You have worked so hard!! Cute outfit!!

Katy--CONGRATS on W5D3!! That first 20min is the hardest!! but Wk 6 isn't so bad!! GOOD JOB!!! good luck w/the WI tomorrow!

TOM is here now, will be for the next few days at least... the good thing is I'm not seeing an increase on the scale and last month I saw a 5 lb increase just before... so maybe I can get a swoop after it's over... that'd be cool... even if it's not by goal date... there are so many other goals to do...

I was chillin at my local thrift today and I bought some wish jeans... size 14... likely be a while, seems like I need to lose about 30lbs for each size... but still... I'll pull out my other 18's if I can still find em and see if I can wear em... I did get into one pair, a pair I bought and didn't fit into a month ago.

I am eating naughty today, a fish fillet and fries (half the box) from McD's, I'm a sucker for a deal at the fast food joint ....so I did goodish... sorta...

I finally got to 230 today as well....so I'm doing progress pics tonight hopefully.

I think I got a new favorite outfit today though & My kids ~they was I think hating it~LOL! ~My daughter said I reminded her Of big bird~LOL & My oldest son Said I look like someone spray painted me yellow & My youngest said I looked like a sunflower~LOL ~My hubby Loved it~let me know what y'all think before I remove the tags~Although I think I love it even more with them hating it~Cause it is kinda unique & corky & the new style for the new me...And will proboly go into my 100 pounds lost thread as soon as I am able to officially say I lost 100 pounds anyways...Heres the pic~BE HONEST Y'all! What does everyone think of it? Yellow top with belt~White hat/Yellow tights/ & white shorts.


I came from a large family & I have 3 older brothers 1 younger brother & 1 sis that is younger ANYWAYS...~I had an idea come to mind over the outfit~for some reason Me & my younger brother (age 23) & My only sister who is also younger(age 29 in 2 days!) always did this thing when one of us would wear yellow to each other~We would say ~"YA BIG BANANA" ~Silly I know but hilarious So I always avoided very much yellow when I was bigger~& now that I am smaller I am loving to wear lots of it~if y'all can't tell from the pic~hehehehe Anyways there both big still which is no problem~They are beautiful people anyways cause they look just like there older sis(ME) hehehe~anyways thought about sending the pic by email to my sis for her birthday which is in 2 days (cause she is a little depressed about me losing so much weight and she is still heavy) Anyways & writing~Happy Birthday~I will always be ya Big Sis & Ya Big Banana!!!
Feedback on that idea would be great too~Cause she has a since of humor most definetly & of course so do I.

Lori~ I'm lovin' the top with the belt, not really diggin' the tights (I am no fashionista, so don't give my opinion too much credit). I don't look good in most shades of yellow, so I tend to avoid buying yellow clothes altogether. I say wear what you want to wear; you look great!

Lori--IMO, the shirt is very cute and looks good w/the shorts...however, I dont think I'd wear the tights...but that's just me...as for your sis, if she has a good sense of humor, then it might be OK to send it...but what if she takes it as you rubbing you're 100lb loss in her face??? I mean it's def. awesome that you've lost so much, but you say she's heavy & depressed about your loss...is she trying to lose?? depending on the type of person she is, she may take it as motivation to catch up w/you or take it the exact opposite, which would hurt her....sorry, I'm not much help

mkyice~thanks so much! I am so glad to hear that cause I took off the tags~cause i loved it regardless of my kids comments ~LOL! I personally will proboly not always wear them with the tights...But I love the tights too there sooooooo comfy! I watch alot of home shopping channels & look at there design ideas & kinda make up my own kinda creations~I added in the brown shoes & Brown purse and watch & bracelets for a little bit more of a different color ....To try to make it work.hehehehehe~

kdm~We posted at the same time~LOL So i had to reply again Thanks girl!!!!
As for my sis~She is not trying to lose weight...she is comfy with where she is but a bit dpressed over my mother downing about it(which is only reason she is a bit depressed)~ My mother was using me as an example to my sis..My mom is an A$$ Anyways~My sis has a super since of humor & She actually doesn't know how much weight by number I have lost.None of my family does.I was thinking it would get her thoughts away from what my mother has said to her & let her know I am still that big banana even with some weight loss & I love her & Our mom is full of poop basically....LOL~Hope that made since~HUGS!!! THANKS AGAIN!!Keep the feedback up everyone!!

Lori - I wouldn't do the yellow tights, but bare legs with some cute sandals instead would be SO CUTE! I love the top and shorts. Work it girl

As for sending the email, as long as you don't think she'd take the pic as bragging in any way, I say go for it. You know her best, and I love the reference as a banana, I personally would crack a smile regardless if my sis sent that to me.


In my news, I didn't make my St Paddy's goal of 259. I did however go from 267 to 262.5. I'm .5 lbs away from hitting a 30 lb loss! AND my first mini goal of 10% bodyweight GONE.

So, I'm excited none the less. I already have a new goal picked out for the next challenge and am very excited to get started on it

I will start the new Challenge when I get home later...My hubby is taking me to that thrift store again!WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!
I am soooooooooo excited!!

OK~My weight was up today cause tom is near. I was 161.8 ~LOL!
MY LUCK~ SO LOTS TO DO FOR NEXT CHALLENGE!
So nope I never made goal either~but I gave it one heck of a try.

I didn't hit my goal for this challenge. I'm in for the next one. Not sure what I am going to set for my goal, but I need to keep moving forward, so I'm in.

I'm in too. This challenge helped me push harder than I would have and I want to continue on with the good progress I'm making.

Congratulations to everyone that made goal. For those that didn't, keep going there is another opportunity to get it done with the next challenge.

WE WILL MAKE IT TO GOAL...eventually!!

Hi everyone! Here are my results from this challenge:

Starting Weight: 200lbs
Goal Weight: 190lbs
Current Weight: 191.8lbs (might as well put 192 but I like the "1" after the 9 much better - haha!!)

C25K challenge achieved!!!

I'm completely satisfied with my results! I lost almost 9 lbs in a little over 4 weeks! And who would have thought I'd be running 20 mins non-stop? Not me! I'm really excited about the next challenge. You girls are awesome and the support here is tremendous!

I did not make goal...always 5lbs shy apparently....but... there will be other goals....

I am in at 230 today.... so, at least I'm somewhere. Sorry to all of you who also didn't make this one...on to the next right?

Well I was 177.6 today, so no new low, but it's my fault cuz I had pizza the other day. My low weight for this challenge was 176. Hopefully I'll stay OP more for the next challenge.
