Default Slimmer By Summer Challenge

Anyone up for a Challenge? The first day of Summer is June 21st, it's only 11 weeks away!

Does anyone want to be Slimmer by Summer?

Post your goals here. Keep up with your own progress.



I'd like to be 25+ lbs lighter by then. I also want to workout at the gym at least 3 times a week and get some sort of exercise in everyday.

Sure! I'd like to lose between 15 and 20 lbs by then. Exercise wise, I'd like to be well on my way to being able to run a 5k.

I'll join! My goal is to be down to 136 (my ultimate goal). That is a loss of 20lbs. That may be unrealistic, but I'm going to try!!

Im in...I weigh 215 today. My goal is to lose 9lbs by then.That would put me at the 100lb mark!! If I get really lucky I would love to be under 200(16lbs)...but that is pushing my luck!!

i'll join i want to be down to atleast 195 by then i think thats about 25-30 pounds and i know i can do if and it will be the kick i need to lose the rest lol

Hi Ladies, I would like to join this challenge. As you can see I have alot to lose so this will be the first stepping stone to my journey. My goal is to lose 30 pounds ON or before June 21st. Im doing a 1200-1500 calorie lifetstyle. I eat whatever I want as long as I stay within range. I keep track by using sparkpeoples nutritional tracker. Anyway, Good luck everyone, I'll check in daily.

I'd like to join this challenge. I'm in a similar one but I didn't start off too well. This will keep me in check for both! Let's have a better one this time!

GOALS ~
- 22lbs lost
- Gym [3x per week], 2-4 mile walks [5x per week], 200SU Challenge
- Avg. 1600 cals per week, 64oz+ water daily

I'm totally in!

Current weight: 252
Goal (by June 21): 235, for a loss of 17 lbs.

I sooooo got this. I'm back on a veggie-intensive plan, my workout buddy and I have turned back to aerobics instead of Wii-Fit (turns out the Wii was probably slowing me down because I was doing more strength training than fat-burning).

Im IN!! I would like to be at my GOAL weight (155lbs) by June 21st! Thats a total of 16lbs! Im hoping I can do this by then, especially with a Disneyland vacation, & all 3 of my children's birthday parties happening before this! I sure am going to try!!

Great idea! I'm in. I want to lose 10 lbs. by then. I'm having surgery in May but I won't let that derail me.

I'm in. I would like to lose about 15 pounds between now and June 21st. That would put me just a little over 200. My goal is to be under 200 when school starts next fall. Seems like I have been doing better since I have been letting others know of my goals. It helps me stay on target if I know others know my goals and check up on me.
