Hope everyone is having a good Sunday.
My youngest daughter's soccer season is underway- SO I'm living, breathing indoor soccer & trying to keep my temper under control with one of the coaches. Easier said than done- hmph.

Scale was kind this week showing a small loss. Just trying to hook up with my running buddy and try to get a run in before the rain/snow comes again.

Don't forget to weigh in before 6pm Central Time.

Sorry I haven't been around much this week. Things were kind of crazy, and I didn't do very well on the exercise or diet front. No weight loss for me .
