Nice job, Montecristo, mountain mama, rwquilts and Rainbow Smiles!

I was just happy to lose after my off-plan indulgences over Labor Day weekend.

This weekend I ate a bit too much last night and had some adult beverages, but I danced my aZZ off, too! Here's hoping I can undo the damage by next weekend again.

MonteCristo
mountain mama, rwquilts, and RainbowSmiles!

Great job everyone

I have a bunch of errands to do today and then I am going to workout. It's a beautiful sunny day here so I am also going to try to get in a walk as well.

Have a wonderful day!

Congrats to everyone, especially Montechristo!

Hey Mel, how come you have me listed at -1.9? Should have been 2 lbs, as I went from 156.5 to 154.5.

Hi team -
Hope you've had a great start to the week.

Helping my eldest with grade 7 math- its been a long time since I've worked with fractions. My brain is fried.

Rwquilts - that's called human error. I actually put your weight in wrong last week, so this weeks loss only came in at 1.9. I will fix the spread sheet when I get home from walking the dog & respond to your PM then- thanks. So do you think it's a coincidence that every time I type your name it wants to autocorrect it to tequila?

My quads are sore after my run yesterday. Not sure if it was the distance or running 2 days in a row. So just walking today.

Burg- glad to hear the weekend went well.

West coast rosa - enjoy the zumba

Trying to think of a focus for the week. We've had drink your water, engage your core. This week try something new, be it a new food, new recipe, or a new exercise. Don't be afraid to push out of your comfort zone.
Sometimes it's one little change that can open up new doors & new possibilities.
Have a great evening

Thanks Mel. I understand. I feel very fortunate to have lost another pound this morning at Weigh in, as I attended a quilting retreat from Thursday thru Sunday and oh boy, you should have seen the food. I stayed on track and limited myself to what I knew I could eat. I figured once I went off plan, that would be it for the weekend, so I was good and it payed off.
Here's a great recipe if you like salmon and brussels sprouts, that I tried a week or so ago and I loved it:

Go team!! Congrats to all the big losers this week
I saw 193 on the scale this morning and I'm thrilled! Ifind it incredibly motivating to keep at it when there is movement on the scale.

This coming weekend we have family in town and I'm not really looking forward to it. They're my in laws and I find it much more time consuming when they're here vs my own family. I'm going to try to escape to the gym at least once for sure

Hey guys!

Scale was up a tad this morning, but I ate a huge dinner super late last night. At least it was nutritious!Im sure I will level out tomorrow morning

quiltsi will def have to try out the salmon/brussle sprout recipe. Two of my favorite foods!!

meltrying new things is a great idea!
My newest obsession is lavash bread ( thin 100 cal flat bread... it's huge!), pesto, spinach, turkey, cheese and sun dried tomatoes- bake it for few and when its all gooey and crispy.. enjoy! My fave quick and healthy lunch time meal!

Been home with the baby for 2 days now, he has strep throat... poor baby... but we have both been fighting horrible allergies/head colds for almost 2 weeks now... so two days home to rest is kind of a blessing! Will be headed back to work in the morning.

I was going through my fiances paperwork for his birth certificate today ( Hes so organized... not at all... everything is crammed into an old show box... haha) ANYWAY.. and i came acrossed some pictures of me when we first started talking that he had saved. Man.. i looked good! hahaha WHAT HAPPENED!!??? I saved out one picture to hang on the fridge. I need reminders of what I can look like.. and what i'm capable of doing for my body!
