Morning all~
Just popping in quick before I workout. Did good this week, worked out everyday!!! And yeah Mercy gardening counts as exercise!! I'm doing that today myself plus mowing! The sun is finally out here, been gloomy grey that last couple of days. Weigh in I was up a pound, tom, so that does tell me I have a loss when it's all said and done. Can't believe we're going into our last week. I'm hoping I get very close to what I put down as my goal. I'm just happy to have lost weight these last few weeks. Well I better get moving. Have a wonderful Sunday!!!

Hi Ladies just doing a quick drop by I'm in a bit of a mood today as nothing I wanted to do today is turning out.

Mercy - WTG on the 2lbs and yes gardening is exercise

CapeBretonChick - hope it's fun with the trainer and she'll knock the pounds back off in no time

catsgetnhealthy - WTG on the exercising everyday

Echo - Welcome back and good luck with the car shopping....I know from experience it's not as fun as it sounds. There is a lot to look for and to get the price and car you want.

Well the Zumba class yesterday was fun but the big thing was I got to the gym....SpaLady and am a lifetime member only to be told that my membership is no longer valid. So that was the start to my day. They let me in for the class but that's it. I then went shopping as was gone (and walking) pretty much the whole day. Then I walked to subway (2km) to get supper. So lots of walking yesterday. Now today I was going to color my hair and the box doesn't contain all the stuff so phoned the store and all the boxes are like that so don't know if I should use it or not. My days are not starting out so good. Oh well at least the sun is shining. I also bought a new workout dvd so must try that and also borrowed 2 from the library so some new routines may just shake things up a bit.

Woohoo!! I'm back to 198.5!! Had gained up to 204.5. Got depressed. Blah. Then realized it was bc of dang TOM!! Tom is gone now. Yay!!! So looking forward to losing again.

Congrats on ur Phd, Echo! And Mercy, OMG, yes gardening counts! Love doing it too.

Hiya to Angela and Bigmid and Cats, and Dayone and Sunni and Isabella and all the other Bluezers still with us!!!

I've been OP ever since PMS left. Thank you, thank you very muchhhh.

I went today and got my hair cut, first time in over a year! I mean, so busy I havent even had a trim! Scary! Was in bad shape, split ends, uggh! Cut off about 8 inches! LOL. But feels so nice and soft and airy now, it's still shoulder length too so can wear it in a ponytail, etc. It has some layers now. Good time to cut it since it's gonna get hot soon!

Oh and we are definitely on the list for a baby boy. If he is 0-7 months old we are ok because he won't be in Meadow's grade, but the year behind her. So 7 months is oldest he can be. Can't wait to get the call!!!! They said we are allowed to take twins and triplets too. So pray by some miracle they call us with more than one baby so we can still have 5 or 6 kids but be done adopting sooner! One time I did get a call for twins. 6 months old, diaper rash was so bad one had to stay in the hospital. But I already had a foster baby and couldn't get 3 at the time because of agency rules. They'd be over 3 yrs old now.

Well, hope you all have a great OP day tomorrow!
Hugs, Selina

Wow. I am sorry I have been AWOL. I have been gardening like crazy. This semester is going to kill me. It's over Mother's Day. I just want to be done with it so bad.

I WI'd today at 185.6. That's 75 pounds lost (woo!) and my BMI "just overweight" number and breaks my plateau of the last 3 weeks (I had been depressed and PMSy and TOM something horrible).

I'm just trying to be "sortof good" on my diet and physically active until the semester is over. I just don't want to have diet blowout, and I need to get gardening stuff done so the garden will be ready to plant out.

We bought a rototiller and let me tell you, that is GREAT for toning the arms!

I have all my seeds started in cups and jugs on my deck, and have planted lettuce, garlic, onions in the garden. I think next weekend I will plant broccoli and other things like that out.

Selina, I'm so excited for your family.

Mercy/Cats, of course gardening is exercise! You should see the muscles I am getting in my arms, and even definition in my waist and back that I KNOW is from gardening! Crazy!

Angela - a trainer! you'll have to tell us what he/she says.

Bigmid - I have been eating at subway a lot lately. What do you eat?

Hi everyone well I just checked in on the weigh in thread there is alot of movement there WTG everyone. I thought I may have a chance this week to see my name up there but I can't compete with the numbers some of you are pulling. It boggles my mind how some of you have lost 30 - 40 lbs so far. What are you guys doing and is it healthy because that is the most important thing in reaching and maintaining your goals.

Soon2BeFitChick - WTG!!!! welcome back to onederland, I bet your hair is very happy for the TLC you gave it today. Good luck with the baby.....or 2....or 3

weebleswobble -WOW those are quite the numbers I started in August too and just made it to the 40lb mark. It sucks that it's going this slow but I guess at my age the skin needs all the time it can get to go back in and not stretch out so I guess I should be happy about that. I eat the ham subs and I do keep the cheese on it then toast it and load it up with veggies. Do you like the South Beach Diet??? is it hard and do you think that is what is helping you lose so much???
