Congrats Red Team and to everyone who lost. Let's keep pulling those number to the very end.

Life is still a little rough here after the break up but at least me and him are still talking. We are trying to make things work. No gurantees but we love each other enough to try to see what we can do.

My eating has been way off plan- not bad food...little to no food is more like it. I have dropped weight drastically in the last 4 days from my emotional state. I am trying to get back to 3 meals a day, even if I'm force feeding myself right now.

Exercise is kicking into high gear. I hiked into town today- 45 minutes. It wasn't too bad. The weather was a little windy but the sun was shining. I'm going to check out a new gym tomorrow and decide which gym to sign up with. I got a walking buddy who is going to start hiking into town and back with me Monday-Friday night after work. Also planning on hitting the gym everyday. I have to kick my butt into gear.

I want change. A good change though, and a healthy change.

I know I deserve to be happy and healthy, so I am ready to make it happen. Hope you all have a good start to your week.

Oh Shan sorry to hear about your relationship but like you said you do love each other and are talking so there may just be some hope out there - I hope it does work out how you want it to sending some hugs your way

I have still been losing but it has slowed down the last few weeks but I have not totally been OP every single day but am getting right back on track so that I can kick up the weight loss these last couple of weeks

I am losing a huge number of weight this week. I joined a new gym yesterday and got a personal trainer. I've been walking to town everyday this week.

I had dinner with the ex-bf last night. He invited me. We were able to talk which was nice. I really don't see any difference in our relationship from before to now other than we are not actually a couple. We still see each other everyday. I don't know, I'm not trying to be a sucker, but I don't want to give up on our relationship especially when I know he is willing to work on our problems together.

Anyways, hope everyone is having a good week. It's Thursday here in SK. Back to work after being on vacation for a few days. Heading to town by walking tonight after work, and then 30 minute bicycle at the gym and a 1 hour session with my personal trainer. Then hiking the mountain back with my him. I also packed my dinner so I can eat at the top of the mountain on my way home.

Just got back from my first aerobics class in nearly a month. Amazing how when you get off track due to holidays and work schedules changing how hard it is to make that commitment to change & stick to it! It was a step pump class- rep aerobics with weight intervals. I hope i can lift my arms tomorrow as they got a good workout.

Shan good for you getting a personal trainer! That will keep you motivated and accountable. Also good to hear you and ex-bf are talking and friends. Maybe he just needs space/time? Have never understood the male species-LOL

Getting ready to head off to work. Let's finish out the week strong!!

Shan that is great news a personal trainer you will be shedding those pounds like running water

CanadaMel getting back on track is hard but you are going in the right direction with starting back to your aerobics classes I to need to get back in gear with exercise but when getting up at 230am and not getting home till 3-4pm I am just to tired to do anything.....

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm so ready for Sunday to get here so I can have a rest day. Haha. Feel so healthy but so freakin tired.

Anyways, I'll be back later this weekend to post my weight loss for the week. Take care ladies!

hey guys. Sorry I've been absent this week. I started my long term sub position. Basically it's 10x the responsibility and 20x the stress of a day to day sub job, for a whopping $10 more per day. I haven't worked out all week, but i've also barely had time to eat. I think this is the first time in my life I've reacted to stress by not eating. And thank God, because I don't think I could handle the stress of a gain this week too. I'm going to my WW meeting in like 30 min. According to my home scale, I should be posting a good loss this week. Next week I'm going to try to work on getting my workout schedule back in with my new work schedule.

I'm doing a happy dance right now you just can't see me! I'm down 7lbs this week. I know its a large number but I worked really really hard for it. Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.
