    For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs!
    Just getting us started for week 16!

    Monday-40 min hi/lo aerobics, >10,000 steps, 30 min walk
    Tuesday-20 min walk, >10,000 steps
    Wednesday-30 min walk, >10,000 steps , >10,000 step
    Thursday-40 min , >10,000 step
    Friday-20 min walk , >10,000 step
    Saturday- rest
    Sunday-

  • Monday- 50 minute bicycle at the gym, 1 hr personal trainer session cardio and strength training
    Tuesday- 50 minute bicycle at the gym, 1 hr personal trainer session cardio and strength training
    Wednesday- 50 minute bicycle at the gym, 1 hr personal trainer session yoga and strength training
    Thursday- 50 minute bicycle at the gym **NOTE: Muscle pain is extreme right now. Cut back to only 50 minutes at the gym for today to try to give my muscles a small break.
    Friday- 50 minute bicycle at the gym, 1 hr personal trainer session
    Saturday- ???
    Sunday- rest day
