Thanks Starry for an awesome banner!!!! So glad to see everyone chatting!!!

I did the Biggest Loser Last Chance workout this afternoon and just completed the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga dvd and i must say I am tuckered right out! lol

That's awesome! I'm not even attempting Last Chance yet, I do good with the 30 day jumpstart 10 minute ones!!

Someone asked what plans are being followed, I follow WW points, but did start counting calories too. Point wise, I get 30 a day and from what I figured out that's 1500 calories. I track everything on Sparkspeople. That says I should be eating 12 something to 1565 calories daily. Went grocery shopping again today and stocked up on fruits and veggies. Dh bought me a Tassimo coffee machine, as I was drinking a 20oz dbl shot white chocolate mocha (made w/ skim but got whip cream) daily. So those cappicinos(sp?) and lattes are only 60 cal. I found Maxwell House skinny cappicino and it's only 35 cal. so I can still have my coffee fix daily and cut out a lot of calories and save money! $5 a day adds up.
Well off to clean the kitchen, watch DHW, and hit the hay. I got the little rugrat tomorrow and I have no doubt he'll keep me busy!! It's funny how one forgets how busy and curious babies are!!
Have a good rest of the evening and I'll talk with ya'll tomorrow.

Well ladies this was my day I was a total slug...but I think I needed that. All I did today was set up my mom's new computer, install Mah Jong Quest onto my computer and play all day. I haven't really had any down time in weeks so this was good. Don't you worry though I am ready and raren to go for the challenge. Time to lose another 20-30lbs. I think were in for some more cold and snow this way too as it seems to be very windy out there now. We did have a nice afternoon of sunshine today though.

Maryshady - I don't even know how to get as far as you did with the sig....I don't know how to get them off someone elses page.

[QUOTE=innerthinchick;3072352]Hey InnerThin! That's not far at all. Do you go to a GYM or anything??? I see they are building a new Community Center in Jeff county. I wonder if they'll have cardio stuff and weights? I am def looking for a GYM and workout buddy.

Diva
We already have a community center it's not bad they have weights, a pool, a great walking track inside but not to many cardio machines 2 treadmills and a old elliptical ( I have one as a decoration in my living room LOL) but they have some really goood aerobics and yoga and other classes. Best of all it's just 200.00 for a family a year!!! I would love to join National Fitness again but i just don't want to spend the money.I would love to have a workout buddy if we could work something out. I have a friend who use to walk with me I was up to 4 miles a day but she stopped going and i just got off track

Bigmid, click on the image you want then right click and scroll down to save image as.. when the save box shows up make sure the destination is your desktop (makes it easy to find that way..lol)
Mary, and everyone else who is wondering how to get it in your sig... it took me a few tries of messin around to get it right but this is what worked for me... I first saved the image to my desktop as I described above.. then I went into my User CP
Edit Signature
Scroll all the way down to pretty much the bottom of that page and you will see a box that says Signature Picture
Go to Upload image from your computer
hit browse and find the image on your desktop
then it will show up like this...
cut and paste that into your reg. signature edit box and center it or however you want to position it.. and that should do it!

i really hope that was easy to understand.. I am not great at giving instructions like that.. you know the type.. lol I am the one in the passenger seat telling you to go right while I point left..
