I am down almost 2 pounds as of this morning, to 261.6. My official weigh in for my own chart is tomorrow, so I am hoping to get rid of the .6 on there or even see a flat 260 in the morning...that keeps me good for today at least

I spent 4 HOURS yesterday searching through packed stores for one Password Journal that my little girl BETTER appreciate! It is her one thing that she has been saying if she just gets that, she doesn't care what else she gets...and it was sold out everywhere here! Finally snagged one someone else had hidden behind star wars legos at a Walmart over an hour away from my home....it's times like that I really don't like Christmas! Now I get to give it away from "santa" but it will be fun to see her face light up when she sees she got one. I was very tired and grumpy when I got home, though! Crowds were insane...and lots of rude people trying to run me over.

It is a good workout, isn't it? I open my house up to a circle and just walk when I can't get outside, though I find I have to jog some to really get a sweat going, walking inside isn't enough. Now I am jogging some with Wii fit plus, love the trails, following the dogs, etc. but it makes my calves kill the next day....because I'm in one place maybe?

I usually have lots of trouble around this time of year because I get caught up in the adventures as well and forget everything else. I've managed to keep my head on real life this year though, so far no seriously off plan days and some days I have forgotten to eat at all, that typically never happens

Let's not say "hope" say "I WILL drink my water..." just get it in the head you are going to do it. Period. Mind games help sometimes.

Hello Purple Gals. Another run through for me too. I've got to pretty up for tonight as I'm in a church Christmas concert tonight. Got my hair cut yesterday but not sure if I like it but I'm sure someone will say it looks nice. So I'm hitting the tub with some bubbles and doing my hair. Did my indoor run already this morning so that's all done with. My only worry is the lunch provided after the concert. I've made some healthy treats--peanut butter balls sweetened with apple juice and raisins, stuffed dates with almond butter and plump dried apricots. I have them all arranged nicely on a plate. I hope I stick close to that plate as I can count just about anything on the plate as a fruit or protein.

Anyway have a good day. I'm gone to splash around in the bath.

Hi! Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, which I may be back before then to wish you all a Happy New Year, but not sure!

I'm up .5 lbs. And I was hungry all day. I ate berries and cucumbers, a small bowl of chili and rice and some banana and water and one can of Dr. Pepper because I needed caffeine and sugar. Can't taste the sweet so oh well.

I guess I better get some work done. Bye for now!

Hugs!
Selina

I ate well at the refreshment table. All healthy food. Yeah!!!

It's going to be so quiet here the next few days. Hope everyone is having a good Christmas or the holiday of your choice/faith.

Down .5 this morning.

Hi Ladies and Merry Christmas Eve.
Well just a quick post today I am off to Costco to brave the crowds. I don't do well with rude people as I give it right back. My mom uses a walker and it is amazing how many people will just cut her off or not let her through and then my mouth takes over....I will try to not embarrass her today. It is Christmas after all. Well I went back down my 1.2lbs so that's good and if I can just maintain that over the holidays I will be happy and then to focus with the new challange. Yeah. I will try to come back on later to do some updates. If not I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas and stay safe.

everyone.

So yeah, I basically disappeared for awhile. I lost my job, everything was cut off, and I got an eviction notice. Still no job but I managed to get some money out of my retirement fund and all my basic bills are up-to-date...at least till Jan. Needless to say, I haven't been in the greatest mindset. I pretty much abandoned 3FC, my blog, and YOUtube. I've been eating like crazy and not exercising. I'm trying so hard to get myself back on track. The whole job and bill situation, not being able to see my family for the holidays, and missing the birth of my BFF's baby is just weighing heavily on my mind.

I'm now trying my hardest to get out of this funk. Wiping everything clean. I've decided to change my WIs to Thursday (my birthday is on Thursday this year) so I weighed in today at 262.6 which isn't that bad considering what and how much I've ate the last couple of weeks. I'm also going to start the 100 Pushup, 200 Situp, and 200 Squat challenges.

I've been putting in job applications everyday. I've also decided to go to school....if I can get some financial aid. Hopefully I can and I can start in March. I need some direction in my life. Right now, I'm adrift in dark, unchartered waters. I don't know what I want anymore. Life was so much simpler when I was 6.

I need a good paying job that can bridge the gap until I can get back into the VA. It looks like I'm going back to the call centers. That shall be loads of fun but you can't laugh at the money.

My head is a jumble of thoughts so I'm going to watch the Simpsons and wash dishes. I'm back, I don't know how much I'll be posting but I'll try hard to be consistent.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Everyone! Hope you all had a great day.

Shari, so sorry about your difficulties. Let this be the darkness before dawn. We're all here for you. Too bad we can't give you a job but you can pull out of this.

I was down a pound this morning when I stepped on the scales so I'm taking this as a gift and posting my weight.

Catch you all later on you great Purple People.
