I went back and looked at pass challenges from previous years. Why not do a sit up/push up challenge for this week?? That way we could have a strength training challenge.

I am down today so I am hoping for a good weigh-in tomorrow.

I have written this on all my threads today. NEVER QUIT!! Things go really slow for me and I get very aggravated, but I was 177.8 today. that's a number I never imagined seeing. If I can do it, anybody can. Mind over matter.
