  • Amy -- nice kitchen! I can't imagine you have to admonish yourself to exercise, don't you have like a billion nautical miles already!
  • lol well i didnt get off my butt .. my body said no.. and my sides.. i actually decided its muscle that hurts not kidneys so.. im happy about that .. and my legs are stiff too so i did 40 minutes walking today and thats it..

    im not a nut im just a busy mum lol.. most of my walking is walijng to from school and to parks shops ect.. i do alot of walking that is the main part of my exercise .. and that is the only exercise i did the last time i lost weight between having Cameron and Leah .. this time im doing more.. but i feel great when im doing it .. I feel bummed on the days i dont get off my butt .. though i do stop when i need too .. lol this afternoon my body said stop and though i thought about getting up for all of ten seconds i didnt lol .. i spent my time searching pictures of sexy men instead to choose a cabana boy.. lol

    I am putting up a longer clothesline today and a screen tent. I will try to post pictures and new avatar this weekend.

    next week, I hope to have better eating and effective exercise...I didn't help out this week at all

  • OMG I am so lazy right now! The past few months and especially the last few weeks have been a hectic mess. Now that life has slowed down to somewhat normal...I'm laying on my a** not wanting to do anything because technically I don't have to. Hopefully I will be more energized after a weekend of doing not much.
  • Amy--Regarding the treadmill. I use mine but not as often as I would like. I get so freaking bored on it. Regardless of what I do while I am on it--watch a dvd, read a magazine, listen to music--I'm bored out of my mind. I am constantly watching the time. I will say that I don't regret my purchase because it adds to the exercise options that I have at home.

    shay.. im still thinking about the treadmill.. the cheap ones are still very expensive.. the cheapest i could find that would be ok at my weight was $899.. so it is alot of money.. but its winter here too so walking is gonna be restricted.. but then i think id have to layby it which means i wont have iot till after winter so im wasting my time.. i really dont know lol..

    So I'll post my new do also. Got about 6-8 inched chopped off and some lighter highlights...remember this is a Saturday afternoon pic and I did nothing to my hair this morning...I'm am an extremely low maintenance gal! It's still long enough to ponytail and run!

    I still haven't done much today. Been watching a "Ultimate Fighter" marathon. Love those bodies ! Oh yeah I've been catching up on reading Sunday papers. I only get the Sunday paper delivered yet they are piled up. I need to work on my magazines too.

    Im finally below my 20 pound goal .. hoooray
