I'm still in a rest week (until Thurs), but if the weather warms up I'll be doing some time in the garden again this week.

05/11: 30m treadmill
05/12: 60m treadmill (just felt like bumping it up... so much for resting), 45m garden work (was 90, counting 45)
05/13: 120m garden work (was at least 4 hours, counting half)
05/14: 90m garden work/outdoor chores (was over 3 hours, counting half)
05/15: 30m treadmill, 30m walking outdoors
05/16: 60m strength training, 30m walking outdoors
05/17: 60m walking outdoors

Count me In! I will do better this week, and not put it off til the end!

5/11 - 30 min walk to/from grocery, 40 min dog walk
5/12 - 45 min C25K + walk, 15 min bike ride to work, 30 min walk
5/13 - 30 min walk to work, 15 min bike ride home, 30 min late-night walk (special thanks to bluesers Tee, Francie, Nori and Amy for inspiring that last one!)
5/14 - 3O min bike ride to/from work
5/15 - dr appt - rest
5/16 - 30 min walk with friends (sadly, to ice cream shop) uhoh!
5/17 - 3 1/2 hours (!!!) Gardening - tilling, weeding, raking, planting... 15 min sit-ups, push-ups, stretching
...
520/516 - once again, down to the wire, but I made it!
