  • I don't know where I'm going, but I'm determined to get there this time.
    Ah, Barcelona, Spain. That's on my top 10 places to visit list. Nice!

    May 11: 50 mins (Elliptical, Nautilus Machines, Stretching)
    May 12: 28 mins (Walked 1.5 miles to Avis after dropping truck at mechanic's)
    . . . plus 60 mins (C25K, Nautilus Machines, Stretching, Sit-Ups)
    May 13: 20 mins (Walked 1 mile around work)
    . . . plus 40 mins (Nautilus Machines)
    May 14: 105 mins (Belly Dance Class)

    05/11:
    05/12: 61 minutes treadmill
    05/13: 40 minute walk + 90 minute walk
    05/14: 63 minute walk + 90 min. box packing hauling (taking 30 min for that) + 90 minute walk
    05/15: 85 minutes walk
    05/16: 50 minute walk
    05/17: 8 hours of deep cleaning before my mom and grandma got here! I'll take 2 hours exercise credit for that.

  • Not sure where we are going yet, but here are my Week 3 #s:

    05/11:
    * 0 minutes ~ ill
    05/12:
    * 45 minutes ~ treadmill
    * 15 minutes ~ walking to/from gym
    * 45 minutes ~ extensive house work since couldn't do it on Sunday
    05/13:
    * 75 minutes ~ boot camp
    05/14:
    * 30 minutes ~ jogging
    05/15:
    * 75 minutes ~ boot camp
    05/16:
    * rest day - 6.5 hours driving
    05/17:
    * 40 minutes ~ 1st official 5k

    Total: 325/516 - didn't make it, but that's fine by me. I accomplished my first 5k during this week which means so much to me as I was able to complete it in 40 minutes and was able to do it 29 days before my 30th birthday!

    5/15 105 minutes-- 28 min Firm Upper Body-free weights AM, 47 min walk/jog PM (jogged 11 minutes of that folks!!!), 30 min hauling deck furniture out from the rafters and getting cushions and tables out of attic--up and down ladder-- and scrubbing the deck

    (wow... 84 min a day for next 2 days might not happen )

    5/16 60 40 min FIRM total body, 20 min lunch walk

    5/17 30 min walk tonight....
