I have a routine I've been following for quite some time now. I do about 90 minutes a DAY. Is there retroactive credit?
5/11: 90 minutes (swimming and yoga)
5/12: 90 minutes (treadmill and yoga)
5/13: 90 minutes (treadmill and weights)
5/14: 90 minutes (treadmill and yoga)
5/15: 90 minutes (swimming and yoga)
5/16: 90 minutes (treadmill and weights)
5/17: 90 minutes (treadmill and yoga)
