May 14: 60 mins - Cardio Sculpt (on-demand), 70 mins -Run/Walk on treadmill (4.5 miles)
May 15: 60 mins - Gilad Total Body Sculpt, 60 mins "Slow" Treadmill Walk w/Hills (4 miles)
May 16: REST DAY
May 17: 40 mins- Denise Austin "Upper Body weights/abs", 60 mins - Yoga Dvd

May 14: 145 min pick axing, shoveling and digging (I've never been so sore in my life!!!)
May 15: 130 min of gardening YEAH!!!!! We're DONE!!!

May 12: 60 minutes with the trainer
May 13: 60 min with trainer + 60 min kettlebell class
May 14: 60 minute crossfit class
May 15: 60 minute crossfit class / 60 minute kettlebells
May 16: 90 minutes yard work / 30 minutes laundry
May 17: 60 minutes with trainer

10 min the ski machine thing (I don't know what it's called, I think elliptical)
5/13-45 min walk and jog
10 the skiing one (elliptical I think)
15 weight lifting
5/14-60 min yoga
30 min cleaning
5/15-30 min walking (couldn't make it to my class this morning)
10 min striptease aerobics
15 min lower body workout
45 min chasing my kids
5/16-60 min step aerobic
20 min walking
10 min vacuuming
15 min sweeping and mopping
5/17-30 treadmill
60 min body pump weight lifting class
75 min walk around the mall
516 Miles to Spain, well I will give it my best but this one is going to be rough.
5/11 32 min = 32 Miles 5/12 Rest Day 5/13 45 min = 45 Miles Total of 77 Miles 5/14 93 min = 93 Miles for a Total of 170 miles (Took a long walk outside finally) 5/15 45 min = 45 Miles Total of 215 miles 5/16 43 min = 43 Miles Total of 258 Miles 5/17 147 min = 147 Miles Total of 404 Miles (worked outside pulling weeds and shoveling dirt)
I knew I probably would not make it this time as 516 is a little far and I really needed a rest day! Good Luck to everyone else
