After a weekend of not so good food choices I'm ready to get back on track so here is my plan of attack for today:

Breakfast: oatmeal, apple, FF iced mocha
Snack: strawberries and yogurt
Lunch: zero point veggie soup and a roll
Snack: smartpop
Dinner: chicken quesadilla, small salad
snack: dove chocolate square
(Gotta make sure this all fits into my points but it should)
Water: 3 liters
Exercise: 1 hour at the gym walk/run, weights for arms, hula hooping 15 minutes

Just wanted to pop in and say hello...got my computer back finally..the worst part of it that the virus was so bad we had to get everything wiped clean....nothing at all could be saved. I missed you guys so much, and I was soooo tempted to hook up at work, but they are keeping such a close eye right now, I didn't want to chance it.Well I don't have much to report either than I basically the same weight, which I guess is a positive thing as it could be worse if I were heavier. Well I am glad to hear all is well, I hope everybody had a great Easter.

Hi Sara!! We sure missed you!! So glad to see you back! You made me want to create backup disks today, if I had to wipe my computer clean I'd lose alot of pictures of my girls that I couldnt ever get back!

good morning ladies! Well how did everyone's Easter go? Ours was good. Didn't make great food choices though. :( but today is a new day and a new start. So it's time to get my rump into gear! DH and I are taking classes this quarter, and those start on the 31st. Well one of mine starts this Friday. So we'll be getting up early no matter what cause his are first thing in the morning. Mine are all online for now. Make it a little easier on me. So after I drop him off in the morning I will have some time to work out. Well in theory that's how it'll work :) It is gorgeous outside today. Wish it would just get warmer. Well talked to my ex husband last night and he's coming down for the kids' spring break and he'll be staying with us....argggg not looking forward to that one. But it's for my kids and hopefully it'll get DS rump into gear and quit screwing around and getting into trouble. So we'll see. I am a stress eater and there will be PLENTY of stress! So needless to say I will REALLY need you all from the 29th - 5th. :) Ok, well this is alot longer then I had intended! Have a great day everyone and be sure to get your water in. I know I really have to work on that today since I was eating Salt & Vinegar chips over the weekend! ARGGGG :) Can we say self destruct??? lol.

REDWINS!!!! Sounds awesome! I"m on board for this challenge!

Hope everybody had a great easter. Mine was very nice and relaxing and between Saturday and Sunday, I only had to use 15 waps.....so I still have 20 left. Today is OP day 87 for me.....I know I'll stay OP, i'm not worried about it....i'm only 13 days away from 100 POP days in a row! Can you believe it? I can't do cardio kickboxing tonight, DS has a basketball game, they made the finals for thier tournament. So i'm going to head to the gym after work for at least 30 min to do some High Intensity cardio! Have a great day everybody!

Kari....oh those salt and vinegar chips get me every time!! They are absolutely evil I tell ya! But the good news is, all that is over and we turn it around and get back to making healthy choices! When the going gets stressful go for a walk! I hope the week goes smoothly! You can do this!

Melissa73....Wow you had a fantastic holiday weekend didnt you!! Way to go! Enjoy that workout!!

Still chugging away at getting my house straightened up...man its a rough job when you let things slide for so long, and I'm not even doing hard cleaning! LOL!

Thought I would stop in and say hello since I was gone all weekend. Nice weekend, feet are killing me after serving food for 10 hours but that is ok. Doc said she thought I must have pulled something during resistance training. Must have just pulled funny. I am ok now, stopped hurting so I am back to normal exercise today :)

Quick flyby to say hello. Another Zumba workout for me today - I think I am going to like it. My heart rate was up higher than many of my other video workouts. The steps aren't too hard to learn and the music is great!

Snowstorm headed our way for tomorrow :( I'm really tired of snow! I can't wait until spring break next week! Tennessee - here we come!

Hope you have a POP week. Let's nail the RED WINS challenge this week :)

Melissa, I take hints well ;) My weight has been updated however it seems I have found my new buffer weight. :( I need to get past 240, I was at 239 for all of a day, unfortunately 240 showed back up and now it's not fluctuating at all. I think now that I am back to counting calories I should do a lot better.

Melissa73, Congrats on nearly 100 days of being OP! That is awesome!! You should be so proud of yourself!! Keep up the great work!

Karen, thank you so much on the compliment! I can definitely feel it that it is gone in my abdomen. My husband has noticed a big change in my legs as well and so do I when I wear a couple of different pairs of work pants. woo-hoo I am definitely attributing that to the C25K training I have been doing.

Rennie, so glad to see that you are feeling better! Wow 10 hours?! I think my feet would be sore after standing that long as well!

I think this is so true which is probably why my weight hasn't budged in 2 weeks +. I am working on this with that diet journal and I am convincing myself that the weight will budge this week and finally start to come off again!

Andi...240 is my bumper weight and I hate it!!! I swear I get under 235 thinking I'm away from that blasted number and bam! I sabotage myself again! I'm praying I stay far far away from it! Way to go today on your Redwins!!! Excellent job!!

Counting..I just love your energy...how'd you do..did you get a redwins?!!

I watched a show on TLC tonight called "I can make you Thin" anyone else watch it? Very interesting, he didnt tell me anything I didnt know just presented it in a new way which struck a cord. I'm gonna give it a try. He's got 4 golden rules to weightloss which are nothing more than common sense but the way he presents them really get you thinking. If anyone is interested I wrote them down. I'm gonna give it a try.

Oh, and I also watched a show on ABC family (I think) called America's Prom Queen...bunch of teenagers trying to be prom queen. They've got a big girl, and she made me cry tonight. They had a dance competition and she whipped off this jacket that was covering her chunky arms...it was powerful! She made me well up LOL!
