You are talking to a person that did gymnastics growing up and ballet ( I acutely was in a troupe at age 18 and DANCED lol ). Now, please yoga I just don't do well together lol I have no balance at all and fall down lol. Might be from the accident I was in when I was younger. Anyway, nothing ventured nothing gained. Maybe try videos if you aren't comfortable with public exercising. Do not give up and don't not try something because of how you might look, everyone had to start someplace. You might find it is a lot of fun. Maybe sit in on classes and see what they are doing. Talk to the instructors, most don't want you to feel uncomfortable, let them know some of your fears.

Sorry to hear you have cramp times. I get them from time to time, use to get them so bad I took serious pain meads before I had kids. Take it easy and let the body relax a bit but WALK AWAY FROM THE CAKE or at least have a small slice lol. My daughter brought home chips ahoy cookies from work today. Oh my gosh they are calling my name. I am going to tell her to take them up to her bedroom where I can't hear them lol. That is so nice that someone left you an easter basket. Maybe the easter bunny thought you have been a very very good girl. The reason people don't recognize the taste of " gov " cheese is because it is REAL cheese lol.

Nice going on the weight loss 1.5 pounds oh my gosh I would love to see that much weight loss in a week. I haven't seen over a pound since about 5 weeks after I started to lose weight. You are doing so terrific bet I will hear the hoops and hollers clear at my house when you lose that next 7 pounds. I won't mind one bit and will hoop and holler right with you. Happy birthday tomorrow :)

I grew up with a father that worked hard but worked in the shops so didn't make much. Mom did what she could with what there was but sometimes you can't do much with not much lol. I am who I am because of my past. While it was hard, I think I am a better person because of it. I like to make people smile, I love to encourage people. There wasn't much of either of those things in my house growing up. They are real important things to me now.

Thanks for all of the encouragement...I think the reason I have been able to stay with MRC is the awesome results. Now if only I could get motivated to make it to the gym more than just 3 times a week!

Diva - I hope you feel better soon!

Shy - I danced growing up too (tap, ballet, point, jazz). I miss it sometimes! I'm also not very good at yoga, though I can do pilates ok.

We should be good at yoga. Think of all the balance we had to have. My mother always said I was an accident looking for a place to happen and the sports and dance I was in was the only thing that kept me from killing myself lol. I like the You Can Do Pilate's With Leslie Sansone and I do it about 3 times a week. I am going to have to do You Can Do Yoga With Leslie Sansone more often so I don't fall down all the time lol.

Good evening lovelies! We'll I'm having serious computer issues right now due to my lovely children and that darn Sims game, but thought I'd pop in and see what everyone is up to.

I gotta stop reading the show spoiler thread, I get all upset when I see how they talk about the contestants, just mean if you ask me. I would strongly discourage anyone I know from doing a show like that, for that very reason. Its like nothing is off limits. I just hate that people are that mean and judgmental about each other. Does that mean I'm getting old? LOL!

WW meeting in the morning! I'm excited! Although it does mean a meeting with the scale! Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

Alright I either need to reboot or throw the computer out the window!!! Have a lovely night Red Team!!

That is the very reason I don't watch the show. I only saw maybe a little over one episode or maybe not even a full episode way back when it first started I think. I didn't like the way they talked to and about each other.

Good Morning lovelies!! Just doing a quickie checkin before I run off to WW. After all that talk this week about how I don't care what the scale says I'm so upset this morning because it's showing that I'm UP! Now I know I didn't gain this week, I know its from the weights and its all a good thing but MAN is it frustrating! I start the negative self talk with...oh people aren't gonna believe me that I was so good all week. I'm sorry but the scale lies!!! I'm doing measurements when I get home! Stupid hunk of metal!!! Thats why scales are for fish!!!

Hun - I know how frustrating it is! It's probably just water you are retaining - especially if you have been working out! You're doing fantastic, so don't stress!

Good Morning Red!

I swear its been the longest week of my life!! First that cold last week that knocked me on my butt and then this week come to find out that I have a bladder infection. Needless to say, today I am FINALLY starting to feel like my old self. It's been almost 2 weeks since I've felt that way. Thank goodness too because not only was I getting sick of it, I think my family was too! LOL

MSTeacher, congrat's on the 3 pounds!!! :woohoo: And a big Happy Birthday to you!!! You are doing amazing!

Diva, hope you're feeling alittle better today. It really sucks to have issues with your lower body parts. At least if you hurt your arm or something you can still at least walk, kwim? Hope you heal fast fast fast!

Melissa, you know if you've gained it is only water. I seem to recall a certain person lecturing me a few weeks back about not getting upset over my 4 pound gain????? :D:D:D You're doing GREAT things for yourself!

Rennie, I think we need to start a movement for us klutzy yoga people. ;) My girls and I tried doing yoga together (my 11y/o takes a yoga class) with dd teaching me poses. I swear we spent half the time laughing hysterically at ME because I kept falling over or I was breathing so hard from trying to stick those poses, I think the girls thought I was gonna die! Yup, I steer far away from yoga! lol

Well, hopefully today is the day that I can hit the exercise and get back to trying to lose. I swear, I feel like I have wasted weeks now by just not feeling well. Dumb body! I know that I HAVE to do this, need to get going, but quite honestly, it feels VERY daunting to me and right now, as I sit here I am less than thrilled or motivated to have to do it. Blah!

Anyways, ladies, my lovely Red Team!...have an awesome day and keep being superstars!!!

Okay so the big news is up .4...not too bad I guess considering I did start weight training this week. Totally embarrassed myself at the meeting by sitting on my coffee..ugh! I could have died! Luckily it didnt spill because I had drank most of it, it just crushed the cup.

I'm starting to think I injured my arm weight lifting. just the one arm, it hurts to the bone, I can hardly move the dumb thing!

Danielle dont think of the big picture, just take this 1 lb at a time! You can do it!

MSTeacher...Happy Birthday!!! And way to go on that amazing loss!! Such an inspiration!! Keep up the great work!
