Good Morning Ladies! My body is so strange. Last week, my weight was up 3 lbs even though I exercised and ate right (so I chose to take a freebie week). The weight gain wouldn't have bothered me too much since I knew it wasn't real, but I've been stalled at the same weight for the last several weeks despite my best efforts.

This week I've been sick like Andi (coughing all night long). I haven't exercised much because of all the congestion in my chest. Yet this week I'm not only down the 3 lbs from last week, but also an additional 1 lb. I'm very excited since I've been stuck at 182.6 for so long and now I've finally broken it. But I'm still baffled. Go figure!

Rennie--You are very kind to take care of you friend. You really make service an important part of your life. That's wonderful!

Tina--Great work on 20 days! Yay! I hope your eye is doing better. I've had pink eye before and it's no fun.

Melissa--Hope you got some sleep last night! I hope you're feeling better this morning too!

Andi--I hope you are feeling better! I sympathize with you since I've had the same stuff. I've been sick a lot during this competition and I'm ready to be healthy and stay healthy!

Cecilia--I totally get your frustration. I hope your WI goes well for you.

Roni--Hi girl! How are you and your pink shoes doing? I hope life is treating you well these days.

caskes--What is up with the scale? I don't get those weird weight gains. The same thing happened to me last week. Great job on the workouts. Just keep going!

Karen--Don't give up! Just keep going! You cannot fail as long as you keep going! Every time my weight does something strange, I want to give up and just eat anything I want. But then I think of all of you at this board and think about the commitment I made to you all. When I think about my Red Teamies, I have to keep going. Even if my overall weight loss is small, it's still a loss. If I keep going those small losses will eventually add up to a big loss.

Cathy--It sounds like you are doing great with the walking/dvds!

Terapet--I hope everything went (or goes) well with the prom party this weekend. It's really great that you are helping your son get his feet back on the ground. You are doing so well on the exercise. Yay you!

Laura-- Hi! Those girl scout cookies are killer. We're on our last days of sales here. I hope we sell out so I don't end up with lots of cookie boxes in the house. Hope you have a great weekend.

Catway8--Don't give up! Just dust off your boots and start again. Success can only come when you don't give up. You can do this girl! Hold your head up high!

Muse--How's that bike coming along? Have you had a chance to try it out yet? Someone else on the board (was it Tina?) talked about biking with her little girl in a seat on back. Between the two of you, you've got me thinking about biking with my family. The kids already have bikes so dh and I need to save up to buy ourselves bikes. You're an inspiration taking on a triathlon!

Kari--I hope your family is all feeling better! My friends keep telling me, "Just wait 'til you have teenagers!"

Danielle--We live right next door to Rancho Bernardo. We used to live in Rancho Bernardo. It's a great area for my family. I hope you're doing well!

Barbara--I hope you find a great job soon!

Emily-- Hi! Hope everything is going well!

Melissa73--You're doing awesome. I'm sure you will hit that goal by St. Patrick's Day! Yay!

Have a great weekend Ladies! You are all awesome!

Sugar-N-Spice 03-15-2008 01:01 PM

Howdy Red! :sunny:

Hope you all are having a beautiful start to your weekend!

I am behind again in personals. :( The days, I swear, roll up in a blur and before I know it several have passed since I've been here!

Things are good here. I actually worked out 4x this week. 4! This is the most I have strung together in one week in a very long time. I am pretty proud of myself! I'm hoping to just run with this feeling and keep it going for as long as I can. Those of you that know me, know that I have always had a huge fear of exercise when trying to get started. Now that I'm rolling along it really feels great!!! :)

Alright, well I will have to come back to do personals. I've gotten the workout done, laundry started, now I've got bathrooms to clean and dusting to do. Blech!

Have a beautiful day ladies!

Utahgirl1982 03-15-2008 01:22 PM

Hi all I am really starting to get my butt in gear again and not feeling so tired lately. I am starting to feel good and have been going to the gym nearly everyday. It is starting to get easier and the eating OP thing is starting to get easier as well! hope everyone is doing great!

Hun.e.B 03-15-2008 01:44 PM

Good morning all! Well WW meeting this morning was weird. I posted before that I was thinking about switching from flex to core because I've hit a wall and I feel like I'm wasting time foundering again. And low and behold the meeting was all about handling bumps in the road, and how sometimes you gotta take a detour which would include switching from flex to core! And they talked all about reasons why to switch and all of it...is that a sign or what? So I switched! gonna give it a week, see how it goes and move on from there.

A very tiny little gain this morning on the scale but AF started yesterday so I'd say thats pretty darn good. I am either gonna weigh again on Monday or just take a freebie this week though, since I didnt follow plan all week I say I'm still winning this battle. And the exercise starts this week again...no matter what!! headed to the gym this morning as soon as I finish eating.

Danielle...Yay!!! I'm so proud of you for getting in that exercise! I know you were fighting it and guess what...you won!! Now that you are on that roll there is no stopping you! We've got cute clothes to fit into!!

Jen...ugh, I hope you feel better soon! My dd has that cough, I think she's trying to give it to me LOL! Way to go on your loss! That is fantastic news!

Barbara...excellent job on that exercise! And the energy is coming! The more we make those good choices the less we want to make the bad so you are just cruising now!! Keep it up!!

Have a wonderful day Red team!

Tina - I was going to boycott Celebrity Fit Club this year when I saw Dustin was going to be on there. He stressed me out last time. There was nothing else on so I watched it. I think it's going to be good this time with a couple of them only needing to lose 8 or so pounds. Dustin was surprisingly subdued. We'll see if that lasts. I'm glad that Harvey is going to make him work for a second chance. That Brian Dunkleman is going to crack me up, I can tell. It's nice to see some of the people like Willie Ames who was so combative last time really want to do it right this time.

Rennie - you are a great friend!

Andi and Jen - I hope you get to feeling better soon.

Cat and Cecilia - Hang in there. Your small gains will come off in time. Just keep doing everything right.

Utah - great on the exercise!

Danielle - congrats on exercising for 4 days this week!

Melissa - I hope your daughter's slumber party was fun! It's great that all signs supported your switching to Core. Enjoy your workout today!

cecil 03-15-2008 02:25 PM

Just a quick update before we leave WI went well today better then I was expecting TOM is gone and the weekend is here! Whoo! Ha! I was down 2 lbs from last sat! Yes! Have a great weekend Red Team!

Tina30 03-15-2008 04:47 PM

Good afternoon ladies! The weather isn't anything like it's been for the past two days today:( It's gloomy, but on the positive side it's pretty mild out. My SIL and I went to the gym this afternoon and got in a great cardio workout. Did 30 min. on the ellptical and 45 min. on the treadmill. I was sweating my butt off by the time we were done. Tonight Kev and I are going to dinner with his sister. Looking forward to an adult night out:) I've already plugged my food in the daily plate...I know exactly what I want to eat for dinner!LOL! I never get anything besides chicken chimis...this place though gives you 3 mini ones and there not covered in cheese, so much lighter then my usual ones. Anyways I'm a couple hundred cals over, but with my exercise my net calories came in on goal. I don't usually go by net calories, but this is my treat meal for the week, so today it's just going to be what it is! Today is day 20 for me. I tell ya I'm feeling soooo good! I lost 1lb this week. I'm happy to see consistent weight loss the last couple of weeks. This exercise and eating OP is really paying off:) I'm gonna run to Kohls in a bit and look for shirt for Easter. I hope your all having a fantastic day~

Tina30 03-16-2008 10:16 AM

Good morning ladies:) I can't believe I'm up...we didn't get to bed until about 2:30. This medicine I'm on though kinda hops me up;) Anyways I'm so happy to report that even with eating out last night I maintained my abstinence and today is day 21 for me. Our dinner was really good, and I enjoyed it greatly. Ya know what though I feel good now, like I've had my treat for the weekend and I enjoyed it, but I'm not craving more. I'm sure I'll be taking a nap this afternoon. We got to talking about Vegas last night...OMG I can't wait. We're all going in June for a week;) That is going to be a GOOD TIME!!! Kev's sister, Kev, and myself are all a bit crazy once let loose. My BIL is a little more laid back, but still really fun to be with. He will balance us out nicely. Kev and his sister though are too funny when they are together. I told my BIL that him and I are in for it....I told him we need to stick together;)LOL! It's going to be a fun time though. We're going to see a Prince tribute show, Kai, the wax museum with the famous people, Freemont street, top of the Rio for witchdoctors;) I've been seeing pics of these witchdoctors every year when my SIL comes home and it looks delish:) We will be there for 7 days so lots of time to look around. Anyways that is a great motivator for me to stay OP also, that and the feeling I've been having since being OP:) I saw this really cute dress yesterday at Kohl's, but it was $68.00. It was 30% off though and then I have a 30% off coupon, so it will end up being $33.32, so I think I'm going to go back and get it. I have one dress that I really like, but I wanted one more for our trip. I have a bunch of cute dressy tank tops though for the rest of the nights. Kev got a few shirts yesterday and I got Joey a pair of jeans on clearence. Joey is growing at a speed I can hardly keep up with. If it wasn't for his older cousins hand me downs, we'd be broke! Well I'm going to go watch a movie on the couch. I'm up, but not really!LOL! Kev won't roll out of bed till about noon I'm sure. Have great Sunday~

jelynn 03-16-2008 01:40 PM

Hey everyone-

Tina- I just have to tell you, I think I got your eye infection! LOL It's probably not the same...mine is my outer lid- puffy and red and hurts. I did go to the walk-in clinic yesterday because, well it's my eye! And my dh had staph in his lip last year and infections scare me now. I think it's a bit better today so hopefully short lived.

Haven't been the best this weekend. I'm having an OP day today though so all is not lost :) And back to the treadmill tomorrow~
Have a great day, everyone!

CountingDown 03-16-2008 06:37 PM

Just a quick flyby to say that I am back. I will catch up reading everyone's posts later tonight. I hope everyone is doing well! Chicago was lots of fun! I've attached a couple pictures of the river - before and after adding the orange dye. I've never seen so much green!

Tina30 03-16-2008 06:47 PM

Oh no Emily...my eye is finally getting better! I don't know what it was I had, but it was not fun. If it doesn't clear up for ya in a few days get back to the doctor.

Counting- Isn't the river cool!! The weather wasn't too bad for ya was it? It was pretty mild Thursday and Friday...yesterday was a bit cooler though. What did ya end up wearing? Glad you had fun~

CountingDown 03-16-2008 07:22 PM

Tina - glad you are doing better :)
The weather was great! We still have a lot of snow back (home, so being able to walk about without boots was GREAT! I attached a picture (DH took it while I was line dancing - a new experience for me BTW) that is a bit blurry - but gives an idea of what I wore. I'm the old blond lady in the back  Black knit skirt, black sequined sweater, black, gray & silver jacquard jacket, and black and gray beaded kitten heels. It worked perfectly for the cruise. We actually spent a lot of time up on the deck (attached -DH & skyline from the deck)

Tina30 03-16-2008 08:29 PM

Count- I'm so glad you had a good time. What I can see of you looks really cute...those shoes look to die for though;) I have pretty good eye sight when it comes to shoes!LOL! I do love the city, it's just the winters that I don't like:)

melissa73 03-16-2008 09:15 PM

Hi ladies,

Just wanted to say hello. Sorry i've been MIA this week and weekend, but it's been really hectic. I went out Friday night (before weigh in Saturday morning...NOT GOOD). I had a little terriyaki chicken and white rice and then 1 1/2 scorpion bowls. UGH!!! I stayed OP but all that alcohol the night before a weigh in was not good. Mid week I was down to 219.6 but my weigh in only showed 220.8. So I only lost .6. Oh well. I didn't quite make my St. Patty's day goal, but I was close. Well i'm exhausted, I have to write a lesson plan and I have to go to bed. Have a great day and I'll check in tomorrow!

skinnyvibes 03-16-2008 10:45 PM

Hey ladies! Well I have been MIA the last few days. Just been crazy busy. We did some spring cleaning yesterday, but I still have so much more to do. I have so MUCH crap!!! LOL. Sounds like everyone else has been busy too. Hopefully I have more time to post tomorrow. I just wanted to post really quick while I had a quick minute. :) I'll chat with you ladies tomorrow!

Scenestealer 03-16-2008 10:59 PM

I've been MIA for a few days too, so here is my catch up:

Melissa, frozen grapes are the only way I eat them these days... otherwise, I'm home so little they go bad before I can eat them. I LOVE having bags of grapes and wrapped bananas in the freezer - such a nice sweet treat!

Jen, I feel your frustration. Last week I did a great job with both exercising and eating, and yet am still up. GRRRR. Just gotta keep doing the right thing and the scale will have to show it eventually.

Counting, the pictures look cool - thanks for sharing!

Unfortunately, I am up... AGAIN. Today I spent some time looking at my weight graph on DailyPlate, and it seems that I was on a downward trend until January 13, and then started heading upward on January 20. Guess what week I started traveling instead of working in NYC and being able to cook for myself? Though, I'm also wondering if it may be because I am now only weighing myself days after I run. I know running a lot can make your muscles retain water, and I do my big runs on weekends, weighing in on Sundays/Mondays. So maybe if I switch my day to a Tuesday or Wednesday it'd be more accurate? I guess as long as I'm consistent it's fine, but I prefer to weigh in with as little water as possible so I'm getting an accurate reading.

I'm thinking about switching to the Marriott Residence Inn instead of the Westin. I love having the treadmill in my room, but I think my diet is the problem more than my exercise. My only concern is, most of the time I go out to team dinners, so I don't think I could skip out even if I had a kitchen in my hotel. Just need to start being really careful, I think.

On that note, I have been implementing some of the techniques from the Beck Diet Solution, and I love them - hopefully they will help. I like a challenge, so my favorite game has been to purposely tempt myself with food. For example, this morning on the plane they handed out these biscuit-y cookie things. I had one of the two they gave me, but took the other one out of the package and put it on the tray right next to my laptop while I was working. Having it there was such a willpower test, but it felt SO good to say no to it. I did something similar on Friday at a cocktail party: on my plate, I put a bunch of blue cheese dip (high cal) as well as salsa (low cal). Then I went to town with some celery sticks. Guess what? I didn't touch the blue cheese! Hopefully these kinds of mini-competitions with myself will help. Tomorrow's test: on Mondays we always get froyo with our lunch. I am going to eat half and leave the other half sitting on my desk until it is completely melted. NO eating a single spoon scrape more. We'll see how it goes!

Hope everyone is looking forward to a great week ahead.

Shy Moment 03-16-2008 11:06 PM

Seems many of us have been busy this weekend. I am back from cooking and cleaning and running for someone that can't do it for them selfs. One more load of laundry and I am caught up at home too :)

Cassie501107 03-17-2008 12:21 AM

Hey everyone!

Well, tomorrow I start going to the gym! I'm so nervous...but 2 of the women that my hubby works with go to a cardio class every Monday and Wednesday evening, and so I decided to go with them and check it out. Wish me luck, LOL! I usually only work out in the privacy of my own home.

**what I'm about to say and ask here is TMI LOL*

Okay, for the past couple of weeks, I have been having issues "going". These past few days, though, it's been awful. Haven't gone at ALL. My tummy feels so heavy and uncomfortable, it's really miserable. I took a laxative once last week, and it helped, but nothing since. The scale hasn't moved, and I think it's because I can't...go. I don't know what the deal is--no dietary changes or anything. My mom suggested that I eat more fiber, but it's not helping BUT it's giving me terrible gas, making me even MORE bloated and miserable. Any suggestions?

jlbake 03-17-2008 01:27 AM

Hi Ladies!

I'm feeling better. I'm still very congested, but I was able to sing at my rehearsals today. I was in music rehearsals for 4 hours today. Crazy! We're performing The Messiah on Wed. and Thurs. Then I'll be singing in a couple numbers on Easter. I was also asked to speak to the whole congregation at my church on Easter Sunday. The one week I have off from teaching Sunday School and they still get to hear from me.

You all know how I hate the cold! Last night it started hailing here--big chunks of ice. And they stayed on the ground for a bit. It was wild since we rarely get hail here.

I'm going to be gentle on the exercise this week until the chest congestion goes away completely. But I plan to get some walking in.

Tina--You're doing awesome! Treat yourself to the dress. It's a great price and you deserve to look fabulous.

Emily--I hope you eye gets better quickly. My BIL has a staph infection on his face right now and we're worried about him. It's scary stuff.

Counting--It sounds like you had a great time! I love the pix! Thanks for posting them. I'll show my kids the green river tomorrow. They'll like that.

Melissa73--You've done great. Don't be down about a .6 loss. Enjoy St. Patrick's Day!

Kari-Hi!

Laura--You have some great ideas for keeping yourself OP. Are the games from the Beck Diet Solutions book?

Rennie--Welcome back!

Cassie--Load up on Magnesium. You can take capsules, tablets, or powder. Keep taking more until you loosen up. Then you can back off and take a little bit less. Take that dosage every day for a while and you'll be back to normal in no time. My doc told me this when my kids were struggling with regularity. It works really well.

:luck2you: Remember to wear green tomorrow! :luck2you:

For immediate help, I recommend using a glycerin suppository. Its not very pleasant to use, but can help right away. For long term, I have no problems when I eat my steelcut oatmeal for breakfast. I can also recommend magnesium. It works like soap and makes things "slippery" and easier to move. Hope you find relief soon.

Cassie501107 03-17-2008 10:32 AM

Magnesium....ah, never heard of that LOL. Thanks, girls, I'll give it a shot!

Good Monday Morning everyone

I am back!!! LOL I had a good weekend, I did good on the eating and I went to weigh in this morning and I was down .6. For a Monday I will take that. I am down 2.8 for the week so I am happy. I have gone to the gym already this morning cause I work tonight.

How was everyone's weekend? I havent read all the posts yet this morning. So I am out of the loop. I need to go get groceries now so I will talk to you all later. Have a great day and see you tonight!

Cathy/Canada:)

Hun.e.B 03-17-2008 11:01 AM

Good Monday Morning Red team! Well I need to get my mojo back! Diva thinks I left it on the running track and I think she's right! So here is my plan for today (I plan to do this every morning and I encourage anyone else to do it too)

Breakfast - 1/2 cup egg beaters, 2 slices canadian bacon, 1 slice WW reduced fat cheese, banana, 1 SF/FF mocha

Snack - orange

Lunch - asian inspired veggie soup

snack - yogurt

Dinner - grilled chicken w/ sesame garlic sauce, broccoli and brown rice

3 liters of water throughout the day

1 hour of 1 minute running/4 minutes walking, 15 minutes of hula hooping and 1/2 hour of resistance bands

Okay, I'm running off to shower and hit the books for a few minutes before its time to head to class and the gym.

Have a wonderful day everyone!! I hope yours is a success!

Hun.e.B 03-17-2008 11:01 AM

WOOOHOOO Cathy!!! Way to go on a fantastic loss!! And you did it while being away too! Excellent job!

skinnyvibes 03-17-2008 12:22 PM

Good morning ladies! Well we had a busy weekend cleaning. Still have a ton of things to do. :) Happy to report that I am down 1 lb. this week. :) Still have lots to go, but going in the right direction. I'll check back later, need to finish the dishes and laundry.

Tina30 03-17-2008 12:45 PM

Happy St. Patty's Day :goldpot: Today I'm going to Kyle's school to help out. I haven't been to the school in weeks now. Somebody has been sick every week preventing me from going. My eye is still a little red and swollen, but much better. My stomach is kinda bugging me today. I think the antibotic I'm on is making me a bit queasy. I take it with food, but ever since I started it my stomach has been a little off. I only have 2 more days of it though, so I'll just hang in there. I can't believe Easter is this weekend. I thought we had one more weekend before it came:dizzy: I have a lot to do this week. I have to finish up Easter basket shopping, grocery shop, help at the school...you get the point!LOL! I did go back to Kohl's yesterday and bought the dress I've been looking at. Kev really liked it, and with a tan it will look great. I hate how pasty I look this time of year. Let's see today is day 22 of eating OP!:carrot: I lost 1 lb this week, and I hit my goal for Easter...I wanted to make it to 143. I'm gonna try for 142, and see if I can make that before Easter. I need to start making a plan about what I'm gonna do with all the candy. Well I'm gonna wash the dishes really quick and then get the kids off to the bus stop. Have a great day ladies~ :luck2you::cupgold::drinkup::kissluck::irish:

Catsgetnhealthy 03-17-2008 01:29 PM

:patrick:Hi Ladies!! Happy St. Patrick's Day!! :luck2you: I went and weighed in and stayed the same :?: boggles me. I stayed totally OP and walked 31 miles this past week. I don't know maybe cause I had a big loss last week..? I won't let it bug me though, I'm just happy I didn't go up. I will try to catch up with everyone in a little while, I've got so much to do and Cameron has a band concert tonight. I hope everyone is doing well!!! :grouphug:

 I get so homesick on St.Patty's day. Back home in Savannah, GA they have a HUGE parade and everyone parties for day's. It's so much fun. Kind of like Mardi Gras(sp) in New Orleans. we do the beads and the boobies, the whole 9 yards...lol! Ahhh The good Ole day's....

Hope everyone is having a great GREEN day, hehe! I just finished W2D1 of the C25k and I feel wunnerful!!!! Dropped 4.2 lbs last week!

Shy Moment 03-17-2008 03:31 PM

Cat
Maybe you have been building muscle.

Tina
Sorry the tummy is acting up. I feel bad for you. Welcome to my world lol. Glad to hear the eye is getting better. Nice going on the weight loss. For the candy, do the kids really need so much candy. How about don't buy much and then there is less of it left over lol. I always bought the kids a bit of candy and then put things like coloring books and crayons in their basket.

Kari
Nice going. Keep cleaning and I bet you lose more weight. Well, at least I do. If I am cleaning I don't have time to put food into my mouth lol.

Hun
Sounds good but I think you need to pick up a few out of the bread/cereal group and a bit more veggies. Just a thought :)

Cathy
You are dong terrific on the weight loss front.

jl
Glad you are feeling a bit better. Hope your recital goes well.

Cassie
Since with my ibs I have the opposite problem let me tell you something that really cause me problems so it might help you and it is natural. Plums. Oh my gosh I could eat 50 of them a day but I sure know never to eat more than 2 lol. Apple juice works well for my daughter. Stay way from cheeses and peanut butter lol. My daughter has ibs to but she gets the problem you have instead of the problem i have. She tells me they killer her.

Hun.e.B 03-17-2008 04:17 PM

Rennie...yeah I need more grains but that would require me to go to the store and that wasnt an option this morning when I was planning my day.

Diva...you are amazing!!!! Way to go on a fantastic week!!!

Cathy....31 miles!!! that is fantastic!!

Kari...WOOOHOO!! Way to go on the loss!!

Just got back from the gym and it feels fantastic to say that I did it!! For a whole hour even! Still gotta get my hula hooping and bands in but I'll do it! Not sure if I like this soup I made or not...its different thats for sure! Have a wonderful afternoon everyone!

Tina...its been 21 days OP already!! I'm utterly shocked at how fast time flies! You are doing GREAT!!

ksk571 03-17-2008 04:45 PM

Just checking in....haven't been doing great. I don't know what my problem is. When I go off plan once, I have such a hard time getting back on plan. I had a bad day Friday and now today I'm struggling again. I think it's great for those of you who can fit a little sugar in daily and not have it derail you. If I have just a little sugar, I can't stop. Tomorrow I am going to give it my all to stay on plan the entire day.

Hun.e.B 03-17-2008 06:34 PM

I was right there with you Karen, I've been floundering for about 3 weeks now. But, I've decided NO MORE!! Just make a plan and do it! I hear ya on the sugar...its the DEVIL! LOL! Take back the control, I know you can do it!

Shy Moment 03-17-2008 08:09 PM

Hun
I am going to tell the hubby that next time I have to get dairy in and I accidentally * hehehe * dump the milk down the drain. Oh my gosh I hate milk lol. Glad you had a good time at the gym. I do know what you mean. It feels great to accomplish something and going to the gym is a big something to accomplish.

CountingDown 03-17-2008 09:11 PM

I'm back into my routine today and thankful that I didn't gain on the Chicago trip. Laura - I feel your pain about traveling. It is extremely hard to lose weight eating out all of the time. You can't control the ingredients - in fact you can't even tell what is in most dishes. I am blessed to be able to split everything with DH - which really helps. And I have learned that split means 1/3 for me and 2/3 for him.

Well, I'm off to finish the rest of my laundry! Have a great POP evening all!

:irish:

We were stationed in Ft. Stewart GA for 3 1/2 years and Savannah throws one **** of a party!

0 loss for the week. Not surprised. I need to seriously pick myself off and dust myself off and get over the bad choices I have made and just get back on track. I am getting frustrated gaining and losing the same few pounds.

Good morning everyone,

Are we all anxious for the biggest loser tonight. I wasn't impressed with the way it ended last week. I sure hope tonight is not a repeat of the same. I am torn between who I want to go home. I like them both and they both have played the game fair and honestly. Oh well not my say.

I am off to work soon, I hope you all have a good day! Be back tonight after the gym and biggest loser. Bye for now :)

Cathy/Canada.

Sorry, but I am out of the challenge ladies. I used my two freebies already and then I was out of town with my family on a mini vacation and missed weigh in this week. I am very disappointed because I have gained a lot of motivation from this challenge. If you all don't mind I want to still be a part of the chat. I like reading the posts and I think it helps me a lot.

On vacation we took our girls (3 & 5) to San Antonio. They had a great time at Sea World and the Zoo. My oldest is studying Texas in kinder so she was very excited to go to the Alamo. There were lots of St. Patrick's Day celebrations going on. We got to see a parade with bagpipes, irish dancers, etc...

Cakses - I know exactly how you feel. I have lost the same 6 pounds over and over again. It is very frustrating. I want so badly to get out of the 190's but seem to gain weight everytime I get somewhat close. I wonder how much of mine is self sabatoge. I don't really understand why I do that?
