Hello ladies...

QOD...water is very important to me. I wouldn't be losing weight without it. Although, I can't say that I notice a difference in my skin or hair like some do.

Hun.e.B 01-29-2008 03:58 PM

Okay Blue team I issued a challenge in the Spoilers thread! Its 2 parts but you dont gotta do both just challenge yourself to do one or both:

Part 1: to work out during the show tonight

Part 2: to do the imaginary chair for an entire commericial break. The imaginary chair is when you do the motion of sitting in a chair with your back up against the wall and hold that position for an entire commercial break. Not as easy as it sounds!

Lets see who can go a whole commerical break!

dixied 01-29-2008 04:05 PM

Fran - math has never been my strong point. Thanks for giving me the formulas.

I've figured out that my lean body mass is 101. (my weight today is 173, and Tanita says I'm 42% body fat) So now I'm getting confused with the numbers. I want to retain say 24% body fat, so that would be about 17 pounds, correct? So in order to have 24% body fat, I'd want to set my goal weight at 118? Dang, that's a lot lower than I originally thought.

I'm in! It's on! Heck I might try for a few commercial breaks!

To go along with Fran's post, if you want to figure out an ideal weight (IW) for a certain body fat percentage (BF%), here's a formula. You have to use the information from Fran to get your lean body mass (LBM):

IW = LBM / (1-BF%)

So, here's my situation. I weigh 161. My body fat percentage is 24%. I want my body fat percentage to be 18%. What will I weigh with 18% body fat? What is a good "ideal" weight for me?

Current weight x Current Body Fat Percentage gives me a lean body mass of 122 lbs.
122 / (1-0.18) = 149 lbs.

So, my target weight of 150 lbs. is a realistic and healthy one!

OMG my head is spinning. :dizzy: Now I've got a goal weight of between 123 with 18% body fat and 132 with 24% body fat. I have a lot more work to do than I first thought.

Thanks!!!!

sportmom 01-29-2008 05:03 PM

i had you at about 134-135 with 24% dixie, so yeah, you got it! :) Maybe set a goal of 30% bf to start with and go from there so it's not such a tough target.

Nori71 01-29-2008 05:10 PM

Yeah, this all kinda confused me also. I just took the #'s the personal triner gave me after measurments...he said I had 85 pounds of pure fat to lose! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other poundage I need to lose will come from lean muscle mass (the bigger you are the more you have) and blood volume...

Sara108 01-29-2008 05:19 PM

Hi everyone!
I've been really bad at checking in and posting the last week or so.
Our new grandbaby was born on the 18th and I've been really busy helping out with the other two grandchildren (4 & 2).
I had a so-so week for week 2.....only lost 1/2 lb.........but I guess it's better than nothing!
I'm hoping for better numbers this week #3.

My exercising hasn't been consistant, but hopefully things will settle down here soon and I can get back on track with it.

Wishing everyone a successful week and hopefully the BLUE TEAM can kick the other teams booty!!! :carrot:

dixied 01-29-2008 05:25 PM

Sara - Congrats on the new grandbaby! :bb:

Sara108 01-29-2008 05:27 PM

I'm planning on watching the show while on my treadmill tonight!

Purplefirefly 01-29-2008 06:26 PM

Wow, we got chatty today...but lots of good stuff posted :D

QOD--I drink between 4-6 half liter bottles every day. I suck it down like a fish and often end up at 8 and peeing all night if I don't monitor myself. It helps me get through rough days without binging and when I exercise I easily down a couple bottles and another right after. I think this is why I have to pee so bad everytime I jump on the trampoline.

I spent 70 minutes hauling heavy bricks from one side of our big backyard to the other and i'm counting it as exercise...I worked the sides of my butt and abs really good, feeling them in that good way tonight. I will workout through BL as well. I am finally feeling happy and excited to get going again, after several days of forcing myself to do every little thing. I think it's because I got out in the sun today, seriously, I automatically felt better when it warmed up outside.

zinkemomx2 01-29-2008 07:51 PM

QOTD: I drink between 3-4 quarts of water a day. I've never really noticed the difference in anything other than overall I feel much better if I am drinking water rather than soda.

All this talk about bf% is frustrating me. A healthy 25% body fat for me is 180 pounds. In order to get into a healthy BMI I have to be under 153 pounds. I am sure the 180 is much more realistic. Or a size 10 :)

Nori71 01-29-2008 08:07 PM

Congrats on the grandbaby, Sara!!

It's snowing again...

Soon2BFitChick 01-29-2008 08:08 PM

Hi everyone.. Can't watch TBL when its on bc I'm the only one here with kids and they are tired and cranky and go to bed an hour after its starts but planning to watch after that and FF thru commercials. So can't do the chair thingy but will try it after they are all asleep! LOL. And on days when I can watch a show and do have to see commercials I'll do it then too. :)

I have been eating my high end again, even tho I lowered it by 100 cals. Just can't seem to make it on my old 1200 like b4. And not losing much bc of it. I have to eat lowww to lose. But being OP to me means staying under my 1600 since it's the highest I'm allowing. Guess I won't lose much til I stay low most of the week again. Just can't do it right now. I'm trying but today I picked up 3 rolls of film and looking thru them and found so many of the baby, her first bath, her during her first Christmas, her with my 90 yr old grandfather and my mom, her with the kids. Just too much to handle right now. Losing weight just isn't as big of a priority as it was. My dh is still very sad about his dad dying right b4 Christmas. Hard to be positive with things like they are right now. I'm sorry to be negative. :(

I am on day 157 and I try to be excited for that. At least I'm maintaining or losing a bit. Usually with me, I'm losing or gaining at ALL times. So I think the challenge will at least not let me give up on myself or my team. I need this challenge to keep me in the moment and somewhat optimistic.

We are just trying to get thru each day and that is no way to live. Can't wait for springtime bc I think this dreary weather is just awful when our moods are so low already from the losses we've had lately.

We are getting a babysitter on Sat (for first time in a very long time) and going to dinner with the group I'm in, a paranormal investigations group. We are eating at an already-chosen chinese buffet (where I will be sensible :hun:). Then going to an old cemetary northeast of here at 9pm. Been in the group for years and this is my first ghost hunt with them. Think it'll be fun and we need to focus on something other than kids and work and grief. Wish me luck that it doesn't get rained out. :rain:

Maybe when we get a new baby things will be better. We could get a call any day. We still get very excited when they come, no matter how many we've lost. Awwwwwwww. They are sooooo sweet, tiny newborns. :bb:

Take care, and hope you all have a great week. Big hugssssss, Selina

Shay 01-29-2008 08:55 PM

Hi everyone,
I have been busy, busy, and busy. I've decided to buy myself an ipod to use when on my treadmill or doing my own exercises. Now the question is do I want the 4GB or 8GB one. I have tons of cds and I LOVE music so maybe I will get the 8GB.

I want to respond to some of the QOTD. I'm not sure about the order.

Favorite veggie--broccoli

What do I want to be when I grow up--I am very happy with what I do now. It feels so good to be helping others. As a reminder I am a Therapeutic Recreation Programmer: translation--I manage and/or implement recreation programs for individuals with disabilities

Realistic goal weight--I think so. Per the BMI chart I need to be 148 to be "overweight". For "normal" 123.5. I think its accurate because I have been 149 before and I definitely needed to lose more weight to feel comfortable in my own body. I've never weighed 120. The smallest I have ever been is 130 and that was in HS. Exercise does make a difference. I was a fat 130 but not a fat 149 (lowest adult weight). If that makes sense.

Water--I try to drink 72 oz a day. I don't always get it in but it does make me feel fuller.

The "Shay Plan" is going well. I maintained this week which is pretty good when you are changing your eating plan. I'm hoping to pull a loss next week no matter how big or small.

:hug:I understand 100%. While I haven't been in your shoes, we had a family crisis last year when my sister's ex kidnapped their 2 children and no one knew where they were. It was awful and I honestly could have cared less if I stayed overweight all the rest of my days. Not the right attitude, I know...but when such big life events happen we do tend to put our health on the back burner.

Selina, Have fun girly, you sure deserve it! I used to be apart of a prarnormal group too on Meetup.com but I could never go on any hunts and got bored so I quit. it was fun discussions for a while though. :) Maybe you'll see a spook! hehe:ghost:

Hello everyone,

I just checked out the Weekly Results Thread and it looks like everyone is still doing great. 50 more pounds gone! That's awesome!

This week has been pretty bad for me. I only posted a 2 pound loss (which realistically is pretty good) and due to a few issues, I haven't exercised as much as I wanted too. I'm hoping to get another 60 minutes in before I go to sleep tonight and that will push me over 1,100 minutes for the month.

Here's hoping for more great losses next week!

Take care everyone!

John

chellez 01-29-2008 11:10 PM

Hey ladies!

I just wanted to drop by and let you all know that I'm still waiting to talk to Julz about the Black Team weigh in this week. It seems that some people magically disappeared from the Black Team weigh in thread this week, but they are still entitled their two freebie weeks before they can be officially removed from the challenge. (This is of course unless they let myself or Julz know in writing that they were quitting the challenge for good.)

So with that in mind, I still need to talk to her about that so the results still aren't final. I know Diva said she was expecting some nasty weather, so I pray she's ok. I'll hopefully know more tomorrow if she responds to my pm.

Thanks!

practiceliving 01-30-2008 12:02 AM

I'm feeling a little inspired by Bob doing yoga with his team, so I'm downloading a bunch of free yoga podcasts from iTunes. I actually found a TON of fitness video podcasts, so I think I'll be on a little downloading frenzy.

I'm trying to create a morning routine that isn't "hit snooze 25 times, throw myself in the shower, put my hair in a clip, throw on the nearest clean clothes, and run to the bus stop!" So - even though it's still Tuesday for some of us - I have a QOTD for Weds for you all! Do you have a morning routine? What is included in it - hygiene, fitness, breakfast, anything else? How long does it take?

John - Sorry you've had a hard week! Congrats on 2lbs - you're right that it is still a great loss!

Shay
- I *heart* my iPod. :D I'm glad you'll be joining the cult.

Selina - I'm sorry you're hurting sweetheart. I am so inspired by your dedication to your self, your health, and your future. I'm so glad you and your hubby will get a night out this week! Date nights are so fun, and with the ghosts it should be really exciting too!

Sara - Congrats on the grandbaby!!

jordan 01-30-2008 02:09 AM

Victoria Ayumi - Congratulations on being the biggest loser for our team this week. Keep up the great work!
John - I am continually amazed at the time you are able to exercise. You say this has been a slow week but, geeze, that is a big old number for your monthly total thus far. Have you decided on a new piece of exercise equip.? I know you said it brings with it some sort of curse, but with the time you have been spending on your bike it seems a little variety may be good for you physically as well as mentally.
Rhonda - Congrats on getting those two pounds off so quickly. Calorie counting is a drag but mathematically it is a fail proof diet plan. I hope you are able to see some results to further validate your tremendous efforts. Thanks for remaining such an active member of our team in this thread, too!
Selena - I'm sorry your family is hurting. Have fun on your night out, you definitely deserve some fun.

So our little blue team had a bit of a trying week it seems. Hoping everyone stays positive and motivated and we can get those numbers rolling again. But I'm so proud that our team has remained intact for the most part. The chatter is slowing, but there weren't too many who missed the weigh in, so that is a positive.

GirlyGirlSebas 01-30-2008 08:28 AM

Good morning, Bluesers! Hope you are doing well today.

First things first....Victoria Ayumi....:yay: Congratulations for being the blue team's Biggest Loser!!

I'm feeling pretty good today...no headache and well rested. This means I have no excuse for not working out today. Counting calories is going well. Of course, I'm battling my negative thinking that says "this might not work for you." Argggh! Can someone turn that voice off, please?! Today is another 1200 calorie day. I'm following Jillian's advice to vary my calories for each day. I'm aiming for a 2 pound loss. Now, if I get my butt moving again on the exercise...its been a week...the I just might lose those 2 pounds.

Rosalie - hope those protein shakes work as well for you this time as they did last time.
Marianne - Bob also inspired me to take another look at yoga. I think it was his comment about staying young? :D
Fran - Thanks for you information on calculating body fat.
Soul Bliss - I totally understand about being an emotional hormonal freak. For anyone who doesn't believe that.....just ask my Hubby!
Sara - Congratulations, Grandma!
Purple - Its so good to hear that you're feeling more upbeat and positive after you day in the sun.
Selina - It is amazing that you have been able to maintain you weight loss despite the stresses in your life. After my Mom passed away in December 04, I gained another 75 pounds in less than 2 years. You're doing great! Hope you enjoy your date with Hubby.

To everyone I haven't spoken to personally, I've enjoyed reading your posts and getting updated on your progress.

Today, I will get on the treadmill for an hour! I know the weight will not come off without some sweat equity.

Hope everyone has a great on-plan day. GO BLUE!

Working from home can make you lazy! I get up, weigh, then wake the girls and get them off to school. I then brew a pot of coffee, heat up my oatmeal, chat a bit with the Bluesers and the 100lb club, then I sign onto my work site and get busy for 8 hours. Yep, I work in my jammies!:o

I keep making a plan to get dressed...maybe a little make-up and perfume....in the morning. But, my committment never lasts for more than a few days.

scgirl32 01-30-2008 08:34 AM

Down 2.2 more pounds!! Whoo hoo!

While I usually spend the commercial breaks chasing my dog around the couch (good cardio!), I tried the "imaginary chair" last night. I came *so* close to making it through the whole commercial break. I tried it during the second break of the night. They showed three commercials, two NBC promos, and a tag for the 11pm local news. For *most* shows that's what you get before they cut back to the show. But NOOO, not the Biggest Loser! There were still two more local commercials to go! I made it to the beginning of the first of the local commercials before I finally collapsed! :)

Purplefirefly 01-30-2008 08:55 AM

SCgirl--You get an A for effort :) I got to jumping on my trampoline and forgot to try.

:drill: Get moving, Rhonda! You will feel so much better when you get going with the exercise again. Think of all the energy that will be coming your way soon!

I am feeling sleepy today for some reason, like I just can't wake all the way up. I've spent my morning so far chatting on the show thread...now I need to get the laundry thrown in and scrub the dining room floor before hubby wakes up, though all I really want to do is curl up next to him all warm and sleep. He leaves today for another long trip and I'm going to miss him :( Maybe the floor can wait, actually.

I hope everyone has a great, healthy day!

chellez 01-30-2008 08:59 AM

Morning Everyone! (Now that I remember we have a man on our team!)

Ok so I finally got on the treadmill last night after I watched TBL (which was about 10:30) and powerwalked on 3.5 for 25 mins. I was so proud of myself for actually getting up there and doing it! I haven't exercised in well over 8 months so I know I'm doing the right thing. I really need to get my TV stand in my "fitness room" so I can plug in a dvd player to the tv in there. I was walking just staring at the closet last night. Not fun! I also still have my PUSH dvd's coming in everyone month so I'm going to start doing those once I get that room finished.

My husband has a two inch tear in his lower back muscle from moving stuff around on Saturday. So he's pretty much out of commission and I'm stuck babying him until he gets better.:headache:

I was a good girl this morning with my breakfast! I was tempted to get the french toast sticks out of the freezer but I didn't. I have oatmeal, a scrambled egg and an english muffin. :hungry:

Work is going to be slow today, so I'll probably spend the majority of my day blogging, starting my novella, and reading my new book. My blog link is in my signature. Its a WordPress blog... just not through 3FC so I'm not sure if you can add me to your blog roll or not.

Did I mention I'm freezing? :brr: Anyone have some :coffee2: or hot chocolate they want to pass along?

John - I'm SO happy you are checking in with us! We're hear to give you that boost of support you need. Don't make me go all Jillian on you with some exercise!

My morning starts like this:

5:00 am - Alexia is waking me up cause she needs to potty. So Im running to the laundry room for sweats and a jacket and I'm outside for all of 5 to 10 minutes just to go back in and go to bed.

6:35 am - First alarm goes off... If I feel like waking up I do.

7:00 am - Second and final alarm goes off... This time I have to get up cause work needs me there at 8.

7:00 to 7:15 am - In this time I manage to potty, brush my teeth and hair, get dressed, take out the Alexia AGAIN!, cook and eat breakfast and maybe pack a sammich for lunch.

So if you really look at it... the major functioning parts of my morning only take 15 to 20 minutes

krjpy 01-30-2008 09:24 AM

Morning Ladies and John,

Glad to hear that most everyone is feeling a litle better, or on the way.

Glad to hear that a lot of us got in some good exercise last night.

Since today is my weigh-in day, I posted my new weight for the week. Hopefuly, a 2.6 pound drop will be of some help for the Blue Team (it was a 1.05% drop for me this week).

Have to get back to work, but wanted to answer the QOTD.

My morning schedule (except for Tuesdays when I workout in the evenings with TBL and Wednesdays, which are my no workout morning)
5am - Alarm goes off and I get up
5:15am - Down in the basement in the workout room
5:15am to 7:00am - Workout (on Tuesday and Wednesdays, I get up and clean and do laundry - stuff like that)
7am - 7:45am: Get the DS up to get dressed, shower, dress, hair and makeup, make breakfast, make his lunch and mine, feed the dogs
7:45ish: Out the door to drop him off at school and head to work

Everyone have a great POP Day! GO BLUE!

chellez 01-30-2008 09:45 AM

I just checked to see if my wordpress blog would let me add some of your blogs to my blog roll just by clicking on the Add to Blogroll thing but it's not letting me doing it the quick way. So I made a 3FC Blog and added my general blog link on there... or you can get to it from my signature :)

EviesMommy 01-30-2008 10:24 AM

OK, I know I'm just kind of popping in, in the middle, but I'm been one of those blue team members who is hear but hasn't been chatting. I'm very sorry, I have a 4 mth old and a 2 yr old, my husband has a full time job and is a on-call firefighter so he is ALWAYS gone, combine all those factors and finding time to write is a bit well, challenging :). THat and I looked at the chat in the first week and there were already 14 pages and I was rather intimidated by that fact.
SO here is me in a nut shell, if you see my ticker you can see I oviously have lots to loose, I was a very fat child but managed to loose a LOT of weight (about 75ish pounds) in early 20s before getting married. I than got married, and very unexpectedly got pregnant right away, gained a lot of weight! gained even more in the 2ish years between my children and you guessed it gained more with my last pregnancy. So here I am I'm 26 and pushing 300# and am scared out of my mind! I'm also a nursing mommy so I have to watch calories to make sure I consume enough to produce milk for my little boy who screams at the sight of a bottle :) (the whole reason I'm not working right now). I was on weight watchers right after I had my son but after 3 mths of faithfully following and gaining 25#, they kicked my out, so I"m trying calorie counting!
I'm trying to find time to exercise, but to be honest that seems to get pushed to the bottom of the list of things to do a lot! SInce starting this challenge though I've managed to fit it in a little more often.

Anyway best of luck to everyone, and wish me luck, hopefully I will have time to pop back in again, in the days ahead. I'me very thankfull for this challenge it helps keep me pushing even when I don't want to because I know I have to post those numbers for eveyone else to see at the end of the week!

scgirl32 01-30-2008 10:42 AM

QOTD: My morning routine is going to be changing in a couple of weeks when I get the new puppy, but for now, it goes a little something like this:

6:15 -- alarm goes off, I stumbled into the bathroom, weigh myself, and put my contacts in
6:20 -- in the kitchen making coffee, scrambling Egg beaters and toasting an English muffin; also put down food and water for my dog
6:30 -- eat breakfast and watch the morning news
6:40 -- let my dog lick the yogurt container clean and cuddle up with her for a while
6:55 -- Franny goes out to do her morning business
7:00 -- wash my face, brush my hair, put on some make up and generally try to make myself look presentable
7:20 -- fix "to go" cup of coffee, fill Franny's Kong toy with kibble and peanut butter to give her something to play with while I'm leaving
7:30 -- give Franny her Kong, grab my lunch (made the night before) and coffee, and head out the door
7:45 -- arrive at work for a day spent checking email, looking at this website, and trying to fit in actual productive work-related stuff :)

ferrarimomof2 01-30-2008 11:57 AM

Hello everyone,

I have been really bad about chatting in the thread. Congrats, on all the loses this week. I promise I will try to get better at checking in here.

Everyone have a great day.

eastcoastgirl 01-30-2008 12:02 PM

Morning Blue Team,

Marianne: your morning routine sounds like mine! I have a bad habit of turning off my alarm without fully waking up, so I'm 0 for 3 so far this week with getting to the gym early in the morning. I've been rolling out of bed at 8 (2 hours after the alarm) and not making it to my 9 am class on time, so that's bad news. To get myself into the weight room at my gym I really need to get there by 7 am (or it's packed with a mix of scrawny and beefy undergrad boys).

My ideal morning routine would be:
6 am - get up, throw on gym clothes, walk to gym, lift weights and do 20-30 mins of cardio
7:30 am - come home, shower, dry my hair, put on makeup, eat breakfast, pack lunch
8:30 am - leave for class or go to library on days w/o morning class

Rhonda: you'll have to keep us posted about how the calorie variation thing goes - I'm always tempted to try and do that, but it just sounds like a lot of work to plan it out. Hope it pays off for you!

Eviesmommy: I don't think there's any need to apologize - you are a champion for finding the time to get online and work so hard at weight loss with such little kids and your husband away a lot. Good luck with the calorie counting, and I hope you are able to use the support you find here to help you out.

Selina: I'll just echo what everyone else has said - I'm really sorry to hear your family is having a tough time, and you definitely deserve the accolades for staying on track and not letting a bad situation derail your determined attitude.

Kelly: Way to go on the 2.6 lb loss!

Everyone else: I wish there was enough time in the day to greet everyone individually. Hope everyone is having a terrific day!

Yesterday was a really good day for me - I didn't get angry and leave when the gym was packed (and for some reason cardio room #2 was "closed" and only 3 people were in there when there are like 25 machines, grrr). I planned to do a training run (for my marathon training) so I signed up for a treadmill with a 30 minute wait, and spent that time doing some lower-body weight machines. I'm definitely feeling that in my calves and hamstrings today!

Today, as I said, I didn't make it to the early morning gym session, so that's unfortunate, but tomorrow I have more free time so I'll definitely get my training run in. Haven't watched TBL from last night yet (I'm downloading it now, shh) so I'll probably catch it later this evening. I think this season is a snoozer.

Alright all my sci fi romance ladies!

I've officially started on my mini novel and I'm going to be working on it through my blog. If you want to take a look and the first page you can see it here!

Its a little sad in the beginning but trust me! It will be getting much much better. :D

Do you have a morning routine? What is included in it - hygiene, fitness, breakfast, anything else? How long does it take?

5:20 - Alarm goes off. Smack DH until he hits snooze.
5:29 - Alarm goes off again. Smack DH until he hits snooze again.
5:30 - Get up. Go to the bathroom, weigh myself, throw on a robe, let the dog out.
5:32 - Yell at the dog to stop chasing rabbits, cats or whatever else is out there. Feed/water the dog.
5:35 - Fix myself a glass of skim milk with No Sugar Added Nesquick.
5:40 - Locate gym bag and dress for the gym.
5:45 - Wake DH up and tell him I love him and I'm leaving for the gym.
5:50 - Wait til I hear DH start shower and then leave the house.
6:00 - Get to the gym for an hr of cardio or 1/2 hr cardio/1/2 hr weights
7:15 - Get home from gym, decide what to wear if I didn't decide the night before.
7:25 - Shower
7:45 - Get dressed, do makeup. I don't bother with my hair, it dries on the way to work.
7:55 - Throw lunch in my bag and get ready to leave the house.
8:00 - Tell the dog that I love her and to be a good girl.
8:30 - Arrive at work, fix some breakfast, get ready to work or surf the net.

I'm here, I'm alive. . . I haven't bought a new scale. Though, I wonder how in God's green earth I gained 8 pounds in two weeks. And, no, it wasn't TOM. I'm frustrated as ****. I'm so ridiculously frustred.

I'm not off track per se, but I'm also not very motivated with these bad results. I initially thought being 130 by May 30th would be no big deal. Now I feel like it's impossible.

I'm just not motivated at all.

Amber - Wouldn't you have had to have taken in something like 28000 extra calories to gain those 8 pounds? Sounds unlikely to me. Is your scale digital? It might be time to replace the batteries.

Thanks for the insight on your morning routines, folks. Keep 'em coming! I did a little bit better today, and actually had time to make and sit down to eat breakfast! Tomorrow I'm going to try to get up 30mins early and do one of the yoga routines I downloaded on iTunes.

Amberelise - I am sorry to hear you so frustrated. Sometimes it's just NOT as simple as calories in/calories out, eh? Have you spoken with your doctor about your frustrations? Maybe there is something else getting in the way of your efforts.

Dee - How do you manage the 5am wake up? What time do you go to bed?

Chelle - I've added your new blog to my blogroll! :D I'm excited to follow your novella!

Rosalie - Ok, I'm glad I'm not the only one who turns off the alarm in their sleep.

Dionne - Don't fret about chatting! Just check in when you can, even if it's just to update us on you!

Erin - Sounds like you have your morning routine down to a T!

EviesMommy - We've all got busy lives, and we fit in the chat when we can - DON'T worry about it! Also- I cannot believe WW kicked you out!! How rude of them!

Kelly - :carrot: Congrats on your 2.6lbs!

Theresa - Aww hope you got a snuggle in with hubby before he left.

Rhonda - Can you answer the negative thinking with "maybe not, but it might WORK, too, so I'm going to try!" How was the treadmill today?

jordan - Glad to see you checking in. I'm with you on being really pleased at how well everyone is sticking with the challenge!

:D I saw you had added me!

I added a lot of people to my Blog roll on my 3FC blog I just have to move their links over to my general blog too.

It's such a PITA that I can't just have one blog that's easy to link from here. I know I have it in my signature but who really ever looks at that you know? :dizzy:

PS: feel free to comment on the novel... input is always great :)
