Good morning Red Team.....are we ready to win this competition!?!?! I am very motivated and have been doing great. I restarted WW on 12/29/07 and have really done well planning my meals, exercising EVERY day and I've been On Plan with my eating for 15 days straight. I"m looking forward to losing alot of weight. So let's go RED TEAM.....let's get moving!

Borders has this $20 Pilates kits that are buy one get one half off. I picked two up and am giving one to my friend as her Christmas present and keeping the other for myself. (She was in Puerto Rico over the holidays and I haven't seen her yet since her return.) Anyway I previewed it last night and it is VERY similar to my Pilates class at the yoga boutique. (But, much cheaper in the long run.) if you have a Borders near you, I suggest checking it out. It's a tiny ball and a dvd.
Also, there are still fitness DVDs in the Target $1 area for $2.50 for 2 programs.
I'm going to do my Pilates video and then head to the gym today. Those pictures are good motivation.
Chellez, Great wedding pictures. You look beautiful and LOVE LOVE LOVE the dress. It's funny, red accents is exactly what I planned on going with if and when I ever get married. I even found this dress I love with red ribbon trim.

Well, I'm going to try to be online less and on my feet more - as in working out, exercising, staying active, making healthy food, cleaning, basically just giving more of myself to the family than the computer!! I will be here every day, but just not the lazy hours & hours I've been putting in! Hopefully the numbers on the weigh in will reflect it! Have a good week everyone!

Well I just woke up! Thankfully you burn calories in your sleep! I ended up not going to bed til 2 am so I'm thinking that's why. I ate really late last night because I was reading my saucy romance novel around 5 pm and fell asleep until 8 pm. So my little nap through off my clock.
Today is a big day for packing so I'm hoping to get lots of exercise in doing that. Other than that there's really not much going on. I'm hoping to get some healthy groceries before we move but if you've ever had to move you know that the less there is the better off you are.
Pew... my cat just poo'd and now the computer room is icky smelling.
I'll probably work on the "Blue Team Surprise" in the next 30 mins. I'll have it posted up later.
